Needs updating
The app had worked fine till recently and now it constantly asks for me to connect my accounts. I’ve done so! It’s frustrating to see the notification symbol and not be able to get rid of it.
Current Version Crash
The current version won’t load. It has notifications of tasks to be done, but it won’t load simply for checking in and staying logged on, much less for completing whatever task is required
I have to keep uninstalling
It needs to be installed fresh every few days or it gives error of no user registered. Customer service is too slow to fix

App Crashes on IOS 18
Trying to report app crashes on IOS 18 has been a challenge. I just installed IOS 18 and now my Screenwise app won’t open. I can’t even submit crash reports because it doesn’t stay open long enough. As soon as I tap on it, it closes.
Worked fine until iOS 18
This app was working well until I updated my iPhone and iPad to iOS 18 and the. It started crashing every time I tried to open it. It does me no good if I can’t open it.

The app was doing just what it should do until I updated my iPhone to iOS18. My iPad still works, but my iPhone crashes every time I try to open the app.
No Longer Working
Since updating my iPad to iOS 18, the Screenwise meter app is no longer able to work on my iPad nor my iPhone I only upgraded to iOS 18 as I was having issues with iOS 17 with the current update I had available.
Never An Issue
I’ve been apart of the screenwise Family For About Five Years Now And I’ve Got To Say I’ve Never Had Even One Issue. And I got To Say The Extra Money Every Single Month Ain’t Bad Either!
What gives??
The Screenwise Utility on my iPhone worked fine for years, and then all of the sudden stopped. Writing in just tells you they’re working on it. That was three months ago, at least. I’d rate it five stars otherwise.
Won’t let me even sign in
I am new to this site and started my account. I downloaded this app and tried to get it going. It won’t even take my email address. Says there’s no such account and I am just fed up trying. I’m deleting everything. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Difficult
I have loaded what I was told and it logs me in then I click the tablet button and it tells me I’m not registered if I’m not registered then why does it sign me in
Stopped working
Blank screen when I open the app. Doesn’t seem to do anything anymore
Issues at first
Had issues at first logging in. Realized you need to go under your account on the Screenwise panel website and scroll to “manage my Screenwise meter account” so you can create a login. So far everything works
Been getting a lot of annoying emails
Yes even though my screenwise meter router is connected yes even sending in Receiving data. I get annoying emails there is no data records. I know it’s connected because I do have Wi-Fi assistant turned off. Yes if my modem or isp went down. I would get a notification saying your Wi-Fi connection seems to be off want to use cellular data or keeps trying Wi-Fi. I did email them stating the app doesn’t ask for tracking.

App not allowing login
App not responding to login. Keeps showing panelist does not exist. I also signed into my Screenwise Panel account and tried managing the meter from there, it brings me to create account by entering email but after I do that, it brings me to a blank page.

I downloaded the app and signed in but says I’m not participating in the panel.

It keeps saying I’m not participating when I’ve done everything. Very frustrating there’s no real support either...
