Do not use this! It is a scammer. I bought tickets to Barcelona and never received. They kept saying it will arrive soon and it never did. SCAMMERS

Having a difficult time contacting these guys post payment, their pre ticket sale service is good until they take your money. Please avoid
Poor app
Tried to use my web account for the app but cannot: won’t save and doesn’t highlight what the problem is, when trying to save
No basic functions like autofill and password view are enabled
WhatsApp support send me a robotic agentic answer that was totally unrelated to my problem.

Avoid buying
Bought tickets from them for me my wife and my daughter. Was consequently moved to different seats and then split up too. Tried to contact them and had no resolutions and just told that it was in there terms and conditions. Terrible service, abysmal company, don’t bother using them

An ethical, unprofessional disgraceful set up based in Dubai with zero customer support or care.
I thought I had bought two tickets stage facing in row 31 for Dua lipa however they sent me two tickets not next to each other and were in the corner of Wembley and further back in rows 76 so were inferior - not the same or upgraded to original booking as per their terms.
Kept sending me stock responses about terms and conditions that tickets can change snd would not address age issue, and fact that tickets were inferior.
An absolute disgrace of a company. To top
things off the uk number supplied in their emails did not work. Absolute scammers.
Info people at Wembley stadium said they were notoriously bad and to avoid. Recommended TickX and AXS tickets as tend to sell at face values and are ethical- don’t make same mistake as me!!
