High Risk Fraud
Last year, we bought tickets for the Coldplay concert at Wembley for €700. As the concert was postponed, the tickets we’d ordered were cancelled by Seatsnet. The €700 was never refunded. Seatsnet has since deducted the €700 from my Seatsnet account. It’s been stolen!

I got fraud thru' Seatsnet
I bought a ticket of the premier league thru' Seatsnet. I couldn't enter the studium and was told by Brighton that the ticket was a fake. Brighton prepared a letter to tell the ticket was a fake to get reimburse. I reported it to Seatsnet , but they haven't reimbursed yet.
Unseriös oder einfach Betrug
Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Tickets wurden nie geliefert und trotz mehrfacher Anfragen habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Besonders traurig ist, dass ich die Karten für meinen Sohn gekauft hatte die Enttäuschung ist entsprechend groß. Für mich wirkt der Service absolut unseriös. Ich kann nur davon abraten.

WARNUNG: Tickets nicht erhalten trotz Zahlung
2 Tickets für das Halbfinale der BMW Open mehrere Tage vor dem Event bestellt und bezahlt.
Am Eventtag war die Enttäuschung groß, als weder Tickets da waren noch irgendeine Info dazu von Seatsnet. Auf mehrfache Nachfrage meinerseits hat mich der Support selbst eine halbe Stunde vor Veranstaltungsbeginn noch vertröstet, dass die Tickets noch kommen würden. Sie kamen aber leider nicht.
Auch wurde keine Rückerstattung des bezahlten Betrags für die nicht erbrachte Leistung vorgenommen, sodass ich erst mühsam über meinen Kreditkartenaussteller eine Rückbuchung veranlassen musste.
Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich nur vor diesem Anbieter warnen. Absolut unseriös.
Die App ist unübersichtlich und wenig hilfreich, um Informationen zum Erhalt seiner gekauften Tickets zu bekommen.
Fazit: Überteuerte Preise, keine Lieferung, Support vertröstet mit Standardfloskeln, schlechte App. Ich werde diese Plattform ist Zukunft auf jeden Fall meiden.

Unreliable or Fraud
I strongly advise against buying tickets via seatsnet. I spent over 2k € for 2 Tickets for a football match 10 days before the event. I received the tickets 25 minutes after the game started. I had a terrible time and the Customer service seem to see this as a succesful transaction.

Los tickets nunca llegaron. Madan mensajes por Whatsapp para decir que se te enviaran los tickets hasta el ultimo dia. Cuando te llega el mensaje que no hay tickets y ya no te puedes dar de alta en la app para la devolucion del dinero.
Avoid buying
Bought tickets from them for me my wife and my daughter. Was consequently moved to different seats and then split up too. Tried to contact them and had no resolutions and just told that it was in there terms and conditions. Terrible service, abysmal company, don’t bother using them

An ethical, unprofessional disgraceful set up based in Dubai with zero customer support or care.
I thought I had bought two tickets stage facing in row 31 for Dua lipa however they sent me two tickets not next to each other and were in the corner of Wembley and further back in rows 76 so were inferior - not the same or upgraded to original booking as per their terms.
Kept sending me stock responses about terms and conditions that tickets can change snd would not address age issue, and fact that tickets were inferior.
An absolute disgrace of a company. To top
things off the uk number supplied in their emails did not work. Absolute scammers.
Info people at Wembley stadium said they were notoriously bad and to avoid. Recommended TickX and AXS tickets as tend to sell at face values and are ethical- don’t make same mistake as me!!

They advertised a game firstly on a wrong date 25/05 and game was on the 24/05 then send tickets after the game is over on 25/05. They also not contacted if you needed help.

You can image the crying when I broke the news that it was not going to happen because I got scammed by this site. Made all attempts to speak to someone but was a waste of time. War überrascht
Habe vor 2 Tagen Tickets für das mailänder Derby gekauft und erst nach dem Kauf mich mit dem Anbieter intensiv beschäftigt. Natürlich haben mich die zahlreichen negativen Bewertungen stark verunsichert. Der Anbieter hat jedoch alles mögliche gemacht um meine Bestellung zu ermöglichen. Nach dem Kauf wurde ich angerufen um den Kauf zu bestätigen. In Italien müsste jeder personalisierte Tickets besitzen, sodass auch hier Stand der Anbieter mir zu Hilfe. Als der Verkäufer mir die Tickets unter der falschen Namen gesendet hat, wurde der Anbieter aktiv und hat die Tickets entsprechend angepasst. Soeben waren wir mit meiner Familie im Stadion und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Kann überraschenderweise nichts negatives zum Anbieter berichten. Kann mir vorstellen auch nächstes Mal Tickets über den Anbieter zu beziehen!

Bought tickets for a PSG match in Paris. I was assured over WhatsApp that the tickets would be delivered to my email in time. We went to the stadium only to be told 1 minute before the match started that they couldn’t deliver our tickets. My sons were devastated. This app might be a scam. Don’t use.
