Tried to use my web account for the app but cannot: won’t save and doesn’t highlight what the problem is, when trying to save

Avoid buying
Bought tickets from them for me my wife and my daughter. Was consequently moved to different seats and then split up too. Tried to contact them and had no resolutions and just told that it was in there terms and conditions. Terrible service, abysmal company, don’t bother using them

An ethical, unprofessional disgraceful set up based in Dubai with zero customer support or care.
I thought I had bought two tickets stage facing in row 31 for Dua lipa however they sent me two tickets not next to each other and were in the corner of Wembley and further back in rows 76 so were inferior - not the same or upgraded to original booking as per their terms.
Kept sending me stock responses about terms and conditions that tickets can change snd would not address age issue, and fact that tickets were inferior.

things off the uk number supplied in their emails did not work. Absolute scammers.
Info people at Wembley stadium said they were notoriously bad and to avoid. Recommended TickX and AXS tickets as tend to sell at face values and are ethical- don’t make same mistake as me!!

Do not purchase from this site. Total Scam. They will be the first to call you the moment you visit the site and take your money. Please don’t fall into the trap like I did. This site should be shut down and owners should be locked up in Jail.

You can image the crying when I broke the news that it was not going to happen because I got scammed by this site. Made all attempts to speak to someone but was a waste of time. Bought tickets for a PSG match in Paris. I was assured over WhatsApp that the tickets would be delivered to my email in time. We went to the stadium only to be told 1 minute before the match started that they couldn’t deliver our tickets. My sons were devastated. This app might be a scam. Don’t use.

I bought category 1 gold tickets I checked with their team before buying they guaranteed pairs seating. They sent the tickets 2 hours before the game each tickets was in a different section and only 2 out of 8 tickets was actually in the gold category. I tried to get support and they kept sending general response like terms and conditions ..etc. phone number doesn’t work. They stopped responding
