Terrible App
Tried signing up for an account to get my digital card. Shortly after signing up I get to the part where I verify my email, and I never get the code to verify, even trying to resend a few times, still nothing. Not in junk folder either. Waste of time.
Dysfunctional at best
This app won’t let me do anything. Try to push one one of the buttons? Ha, nope, good luck buddy. Try to do literally anything? Whole app is completely unresponsive. Downloaded on my android and when the buttons *do* work, all it tells me is “No Cards Found” even when I enter the code SENT to my email for verification. Seriously, this app feels like a cynical joke. The iOS version is completely unresponsive and a waste of storage at best. The android version is just an endless loop you have to give your social security number to. I don’t even know what else to say, I’m just completely baffled by how an app can claim to be an app whilst simultaneously NOT BEING USABLE??!?

Why does this even exist? The app freezes and you literally cannot click on anything in the app. The only thing that works is opening the app but nothing else. What a joke of an app…
Awful app
I would love to report how awful this app is but even the reporting process is complicated. The app will not load on the Home Screen, so i can’t access anything at all.
Two picture ID failure
Got all the way through the creative account portion trying to upload a picture of my ID and it’s not allowed because there are two pictures on it. I tried multiple times.
