100% JUNK
Why does this even exist? The app freezes and you literally cannot click on anything in the app. The only thing that works is opening the app but nothing else. What a joke of an app…
Awful app
I would love to report how awful this app is but even the reporting process is complicated. The app will not load on the Home Screen, so i can’t access anything at all.
Two picture ID failure
Got all the way through the creative account portion trying to upload a picture of my ID and it’s not allowed because there are two pictures on it. I tried multiple times.
Won’t allow me access
This app isn’t very user friendly. The app doesn’t allow you to enter your birthdate, only the date of the day you’re trying to enter info. Now when I try to open the app, it says no card found. Ugh, so difficult!!!
Network Failed
Garbage. Keep getting a “network failed” message. Phone/Text feature is limited. So unnecessary, no Authenticator option either. They don’t update the app much either. I hate that my information has to be here.
