good luck navigating through the maze of qr codes and verifications. you’ll end up scratching your head and it won’t work.
Not getting to work
I spent countless attempts and phone calls with support to manage login , no success. App and PC instructions are faulty and way too complicated, not even their own tech support knows what is going on.

Absolutely terrible. No UK support helpline. No other app I deal with online is as difficult to deal with as this one. Spent an hour messing about and locked out now. Infuriating

crashes on startup
I can’t use it on my iPhone. It just crashes. Fortunately, it still works on my iPad for some reason.

Unexpected error, please call support. I am based in the UK, all support numbers are based in switzerland.
So easy to scan and pay
I like how I can scan the orange payment slips and the app automatically fills out the payment. I find the app easier to use than the internet login for most things.
One bug : the search function doesn’t work. For instance, if I want to find a payment in my account with the word “coop” in it, then I click the search icon, and write the word “coop”. But then I get the error : “Text as only search criterion not possible. Please refine the search.”
But there is no option to refine the search.

SCHROTT!
SMS Verifizierung war perfekt! Ich wohne im Ausland und brauche nun immer zwei Geräte um mich anmelden zu können oser irgendwelche Bankgeschäfte ausführen zu können. Bei jemandem der geschäftlich viel unterwegs ist das eine Zumutung! Unfassbar! Diese Anmeldeprozedur ist dermassen mühsam, dass es sich lohnt Bank zu wechseln! Einfach nur Schrott. Sowas darf einfach nicht sein. Mobilität wurde einfach zurückgestuft. Mir bietet sich wegen dieser schrottigen Anmeldeprozedur nur noch ein Wechsel in eine andere Bank.

Worst security service ever
This app is pointless. The whole system isn’t convenient. Whenever this app is updated it will ask again to activate. Of course you can not re activate it as your account access online is already connected to the previous activation. If you change your phone or anything then you are locked out.
Terrible
No way of activating the app a second time after scanning in the image — nowhere to put in the activation code on the main banking app.
