I would have given 0 stars but that is not an option. I mistakingly downloaded and paid for this app to setup my Ring Doorbell camera. App stated it works with Ring Doorbell's, but it does not.
Help support is useless. After requesting refund within minutes, it was denied without giving a reason.

I purchased this indoor cam and during the selection process for indoor cams nothing indicated or was written in the description
that there would be a fee. During the setup process you must select a Bluetooth security device protection for 8.99 A WEEK before you can complete the installation process on your phone. It would have been more convenient to be able to know this information before purchase. Therefore, I am returning this device. Seems very deceiving even if you can cancel this fee at anytime.

App is a scam
You have to sign up for a plan before you can even tell if your cameras are compatible with the app and when they aren’t they just keep sending generic AI emails back to you
