Did not work with my RING device - No way to contact them! Do not purchase if you have RING.
I could not get this app to connect with my RING doorbell, and paid the subscription when I downloaded, but it is useless. I could not figure out how to contact customer service or get help to connect. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it cancelled a renewal for 2027, meanwhile I am stuck with an app that doesn’t work. Very disappointed. A contact number or help would help.

I’m not tired of getting ripped off it said nothing about having to pay for an app nothing I can do to get it for free it keeps asking for anywhere from $3.99 a day to $40 a year this really sucks I’ll see if I can get my money back

Horrible app i need my refund now,Never connected the camera but i was brought to a screen and immediately was asked for a for of payment.Never wanted to pay for it but my partner thought it was the right app and clicked pay.Such a scam of an app
