there would be a fee

I purchased this indoor cam and during the selection process for indoor cams nothing indicated or was written in the description
that there would be a fee. During the setup process you must select a Bluetooth security device protection for 8.99 A WEEK before you can complete the installation process on your phone. It would have been more convenient to be able to know this information before purchase. Therefore, I am returning this device. Seems very deceiving even if you can cancel this fee at anytime.

Did not work with my RING device - No way to contact them! Do not purchase if you have RING.

I could not get this app to connect with my RING doorbell, and paid the subscription when I downloaded, but it is useless. I could not figure out how to contact customer service or get help to connect. When I tried to cancel my subscription, it cancelled a renewal for 2027, meanwhile I am stuck with an app that doesn’t work. Very disappointed. A contact number or help would help.

I’m not tired of getting ripped off it said nothing about having to pay for an app nothing I can do to get it for free it keeps asking for anywhere from $3.99 a day to $40 a year this really sucks I’ll see if I can get my money back

Disappointed

I was not able to connect the cameras unless I selected one of the pay options.
This was never mentioned when I purchased the cameras.
I am returning the cameras and hope that you notify potential customers that there is fee to use the cameras.

Bait & switch

I never started the cameras so I can’t comment on their performance; however, I did download the app. Before I could discover the camera, I was confronted with a purchase option, which I did not want. I could not progress to finding the camera and initiating them without purchasing one of their absurd packages.
I have the cameras repackaged and will return them tomorrow.
Don’t waste your time unless you’re willing to buy their packages….which by the way are much more than professional grade security services!!
