Unable to load App
Frustrating the App starts acting weird when I’m out of the country. It doesn’t even load the sign in - just a blank screen with a circle in the middle of it.
Constant battle
Signing into this app and depositing checks are a constant battle. You would’ve thought with the amount they charge for account fees they could afford to pay decent IT techs and come up with a decent app
Mobile deposit doesn’t work
I can’t make a mobile deposit because every time I tap the camera icon, nothing happens.
Login never works
It would be so bloody nice to have the ability to login to my bank account once in a while.

This app is a pain in the B-hind!
It seems like every couple of weeks you have to uninstall the app and reinstall. You try to sign in and it says retrieving your information and then goes back to the log in. Most inconvenient when you need to move money to your other account.
Not loading
Lately, every time I try to log in to my bank account, it won't load; it just stays on the home page, and it's frustrating to try to make transactions when the account just won't load.
Meh!
I’ve been to our local branch twice to get an issue resolved so I can pay my loan thru this app but no luck. I tried Zell, no luck. SSFCU says I can use it but can’t find it on my app but the manager can find it on her phone. I even tried authenticating an external account, no luck. Weird but I’m done.

This app is so annoying
Glitches every 5 seconds lucky enough to even log in sometimes but even if I do it says I can take out money stupid app
SSFCU is Awesome
I’ve been with SSFCU for 20+ years. They have been awesome. I travel all over the country and because of the app and branch banking, I can go to other credit unions and deposit check or get cash anywhere I’m at. Never had a problem with the app and have always been notified way in advance when they expect to have maintenance (usually on a Sunday night) on the system. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Unable to see balance preview anymore
I’m not able to see the balance preview. I’ve turned it off and on once login. As well uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’m on a iPhone 13.
This app never works how it's supposed to when I need it im lucky if it works for a few days without issues but when it doesn't it's impossible to get through.
AWFUL APP
Once again SSFCU has this app setup to where you set it up for facial recognition access, it works once or twice and then goes right back to having you type all your login and password. Add this to SSFCU’s decline as a credit union. Sorry guys, i’ll be closing my accounts and credit card with you today and taking my 846 credit score elsewhere.

Have to re-login every time
Every time I open the app, it makes me send an SMS code to log in. I avoid opening the app because this is so tedious.
Login screen
Everytime I go to login it does my Face ID accepts it but won’t put a password in and load to my accounts. I type the password in and it still doesn’t load to my accounts
Apps not working at all
Really ridiculous my face id isn’t working and neither is putting in the password! Fix this bs! If this doesn’t get fixed and fast I will close these bank accounts!
Very inconvenient
There are literally apps out there that are interactive that pays you to participate through Zelle, and we can’t take advantage of that
Trash app
This app is still behind on the Time versus other finance companies half the time it doesn’t work at late at night. You can’t unlock your bank card. I’m glad I have a second bank. This place is trash.
