App crashes constantly
I have tried to use this to manage my child’s at home use of their school-issued Chromebook, but the app crashes as soon as I sign in. The web-based portal is utterly useless as well. You can only view their usage but not configure anything.

Where is activity?
This morning, there is no activity viewing on my husband and my devices. Only option is to set rules and pause. Is there a bug fix needed???? Help please!!

It only shows login info, schedule..this app does not give access to history. Not at all what is described in the App Store
Unreliable
The app is slow to pause or unpause devices and many times doesn’t seem to work at all. Lately trying to update the offline schedule also doesn’t work (“Sorry unable to connect to the server. Please try again later”). The right idea, but poorly implemented.
Impossible to activate
It won’t send me the code after I use my email address so I can’t actually use it….

Doesn’t care about blind users
First of all, I can only block stuff on my kids school computer when they’re on my home Wi-Fi network. Anything I blocked does not apply to the schools Wi-Fi which is absolutely infuriating. I have an autistic kid I’m trying to prevent from downloading and playing video games all day at school instead of what he is supposed to be doing.
Second of all, I am a blind parent, which means I am a blind user of this app. When I reached out to let them know that their app was at best clunky for a user who interacts with screen readers on their devices, they said, no, it isn’t…
So even when I try to use it on my own, I end up needing to ask for help because it’s very inaccessible even though they say it’s fine

This app definitely help to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. My children’s account are not showing any history. They have been trying to fix this since the beginning of the school year 2023, still nothing has been done.
Doesn’t work
A useless app. Even when it did work, links that my child used were unclickable, saying things like “access denied” or “forbidden”. Now I cannot pause her “downtime”, so she cannot even complete homework at home because it’s stick unconnected to the internet.
