Although Seel was on point this time, there have been occurrences where this app seemed useless. I remember an occasion when I was seeking a refund for an order that I never received; the Seel app was of little to no help. I definitely hope the help center or support team improves.
Can’t sign in to the account
Worst app I’ve experienced in the 21st-century considering the technology that we have. It’s in a constant loop of trying to select your email and trying to sign in. I tried signing into the app and creating account when I got it. I even waited weeks at a time to re-engage the app waiting on shipments and it still won’t let me sign in, or even choose an email for the account.

Hi there ! To protect our users' accounts and order data, we'd been holding sign-in and verification to a higher standard, which we know made getting in more of a hurdle for some people. We've since streamlined that flow, so it should be much smoother now.
