Inconvenient

I’m happy we have access to an app, but being unable to provide bulk delivery on the app is severely inconvenient.

Editing crashes app

If you make a mistake on entering in information for a delivered service, try to go back and edit to fix said mistake, the app crashes every time leaving you to have to log back in.

Poorly designed! Doesn’t save time

The app requires that you scroll all the service providers. If you mistakenly touch the wrong service provider because the student is receiving five different services you have to waste time going back and reentering all your info. SEIS could do better. Please ask what your providers need so that you can improve. We really need a better iPad app to make our jobs easier not harder!

Good idea, could use improvements

I loved how this was a quick, easy access to basic information, but here’s my biggest gripe.

The doesn’t the app auto close and have you to log in again when you navigate away. It just stays open. My bank apps do this and I think it’s great. Could be a hassle, but with touch unlock is easy. It would be a simple thing to help protect student files. Will have to update the review as I experiment with it more, but it goes.

No filter options

Great concept and convenient app. However, not being able to filter out results based on your service provider role, there’s just too many services to sift through to find the student you’re looking for. I would suggest allowing us to enter what type of service provider we are and only show those results with an option to see all of the services if needed. Otherwise it’s still quicker to visit the website, which should allow for a permanent filter option as well. It just makes it so much more efficient and less tiring having to sift through so many pages or constantly having to re-enter search filters when switching between students.
