Need improvement
What a third class app you have made. It doesn’t login. What is the point of this app if I can’t track my child from it. Whole point of your product is failed. Resolve it otherwise stop doing this fraud with your customers. You will be sued by someone very badly.
Notifications doesn’t work
Although notifications and background app activity is on, don’t get geo fencing or critical battery notifications. Set location tracking to 10 min but it doesn’t update location every 10 min - need to refresh watch location manually. No shortcut of call with swipe left. Regretting my purchase, feeling cheated. Battery doesn’t last even 1-full day. Every time I open app, it does login which means it can’t give notifications as it is not logged in? Audio clarity of call is bad, at times the max volume is also not sufficient if background is noisy.

Issues
I am having so many issues with this app. I am not able to use the equipment that requires a connection to the app. Please fix this or provide me with a refund so I can find a better quality product.
Very bad app
Very bad app need to improve customer care and the whole apps server cannot sign in or register took me 1 week to do so the customer care was not responding to the calls and the messages
App is not reliable
Want to highlight the app reliability as it shows device offline whereas the sim and watch looks fine also whenever it shows the data in map it not correct also Geo fence feature needs to be added .. hope this feedback will be taken for improvement
Vibrate function missing
The speaker of my 2 months old watch is gone and there is no vibrate mode in the app (only sound or silent mode is available). Is there a possibility to add vibrate mode in the app so that the child can know when he’s getting a call?

Need to improve UI
I recently purchased the Sekyo Carepal 4G Smartwatch and have a few questions about its usage.
In School Mode, is it possible to disable individual functions of the watch? Currently, when I activate School Mode, the entire touchscreen is disabled and all features are blocked. However, I only want to disable the call functions while keeping other features active.
Is there an option to do this? If not, please consider updating the app to allow users to enable or disable individual watch functions separately while in School Mode.

Peace of mind for parents
I’ve been using the Sekyo kids smartwatch for my daughter along with this Sekyo app, and it has honestly made parenting so much easier. Reliable smart and worth the prics
Sekyo has completely changed how I feel when my child is out of sight. I can check the live location send voice message and video call anytime. Definitely recommended l. And also This app is very user friendly.

Password register option not working
I have been trying to register on app yo use my kid’s watch but despite following password process (alphanumeric), it continues to show incorrect password. Not sure how difficult is it for developers of this app to correct this? Not sure which era they are living!!!
Pathetic non responsive interface
The app is pathetic, you can’t register the new watch. How on earth are u claiming to be the best in segment when even the basic functionalities are missing. The app doesn’t even respond to the functionality mentioned or the one you click.

Missing Basic functionalities
I had a lot to write but to start with - Can you guys please provide basic feature like battery percentage so my kid can charge it as per battery status, it’s only visible in Sekyo app which doesn’t make any sense if it’s not there in the watch itself.
Can’t Add Contacts
You cannot add contacts with this app, which is the main purpose of having it.
Not compatible with iOS 17.4.1
I have purchased the watch for my kid but unable to use the app after downloading from App Store. Various functions in the app is not at all working smoothly. Most of the times app hangs and not responsive. Also GPS location shown in watch is wrong. Pls help asap sekyo support team

There are so many issues with this app. Doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t allow me to add contacts and it doesn’t show the gps tracker. Please fix issues in this app.
Bugs in new version
Amit, many features are not working from past 3-4 days not able to do remote shutdown, not able to add sos numbers. Can you fix it asap ?
App is not working as expected
Hear background noise is not opening the numpad. Tracking stopped working. Just when u need it its not working. The previous release was working fine
Pathetic Application
I bought this watch and scanned it to add the watch in the app. The app kept crashing again and again and it wasn’t able to connect to the watch. As they do not have a return policy, I got a replacement watch, the second watch is not even getting added to the app. Such a pathetic product it is.
