Mobile deposit doesn’t work
The mobile deposit no longer works on the app. I’ve contacted customer service who transferred me to someone else who promised to call me back but there has been no contact since then. Beware of this app, they don’t maintain it.
Forgot password does not work
Forgot password does not work. Tried seven times. Never works. Either the email is never sent, or the new password I generate suddenly does not eotk immediately after I JUST created it. If this isnt solved soon, I will be ending my account with SHCU.
Doesn’t work
I just opened an account and the app doesn’t work. I’ve done the username recovery thru number and email but neither work. I never get the emails, not even in my spam. I also don’t get the number. I downloaded the other version of the app, also doesn’t work. Idk what to do anymore.
This app is ok
I would love to keep this account with them but the locking my card feature isn’t a part of this app which is making me want to switch banks I don’t like that I can’t lock it because my money is left unprotected daily this needs to change
