Bad service and full of bugs
I’ve been selling loads of books atm and this is the worst app for it. First the app is full of bugs, not letting me delete books from my list or constantly crashing and taking ages to scan even tho I used other book scanning apps at the same time and were much faster. Then to top it off I’ve had the books waiting for collection for nearly a month now, have rearranged multiple dates for collection but evri never come. (If anyone knows evri are rebound for being terrible) you better off using World of Books or We Buy Books.

Payment Issue
Application doesn’t allowed you to check out with bank payment same at the site also. That’s too much suspicious
Don’t bother
I tried to scan books. Only 4 out of 50 books had a resale price of between £0.10 to £0.59, The rest showed no price at all. Pretty useless app.
Lowball offers and lots of “no offer”
Waste of time! of the 10 books I scanned only 4 get an offer. Real lowball 50p or 75p the others got no offer despite 1 being so new it’s not even out in paperback yet. Not worth the effort involved for such a small reward. Don’t waste your time.
Great book selling App
Used this App to scan used books I no longer need, it works really well, scanned easily, I didn’t have to keep holding the book back and forth to focus on the barcode. Price given instantly if a valid barcode is available. I like this App.

Cannot register
I am getting to the password in the registration process and it is not accepting anything. It was difficult to enter my address too, only worked with find my address not manual entry of address. It is very infuriating. Please can you advise as to how I can register going forward. Many thanks

I’ve used a few of these apps. This one just doesn’t seem to work! If it gives you an offer it then seemed to add it multiple times to the basket and then fail to respond to the delete request. I will have to delete this app.
No use at all
Could not register as it would not accept my address, when I filled out address line 1, it seemed OK but entering address line 2 it deleted line 1. This sometimes happens on other apps and is duet to there being no house number, just a name. Just entering the name on address line 1 usually gets around the problem but not in this case. I then tried scanning around 20 books it accepted 4 of them. When I looked at the basket it had put in three of the books twice and the other one three times. It then generated an error when I tried to delete any of the entries. Total waste of time

Version 1.22.0 needs improvement
The scanner is so sensitive that it’s easy to add multiple instances of the same item to the basket.
The delete item just doesn’t work and returns an error.
The only way is to delete the whole basket and start again.

I downloaded this up and scanned about 20 barcodes and manually entered but not one worked. Waste of time
Book prices
The app is good but for several books it didn’t give me a price and just said no offer. For books that had been read once and were in pristine condition it gave me 10p which was shocking. Not a great set up and it only scans particular books. I deleted it immediately

Ui is Quick and easy.. just send the book.. lets see how fast the payment process is.
Downhill
Used these guys in the past and the service was great the first time. The second time, they had issues locating my parcel and I had to chase them up for payment for a week or so… most recently (June 24), I scanned my order and “completed” it. No confirmation email, no response from customer services and all of the postage label and contact us links yield “not secure” or “not found” results. Go elsewhere if I were you!!

Scanned 600 dvds. Didn’t accept any… don’t waste your time with this

The scanner doesn’t work on any book I tried it on - and I attempted to scan quite a few. When i eventually managed to manually input the number (which, again, took several attempts), it gave me a price of 12p for my Like New copy of Barnardine Evaristo Girl, Woman, Other. Significant issues with this service.

The price paid for my books
The prices paid for my books were absolutely appalling-most of them were in quite good condition, read once or twice, and the most I was offered for one of them was £0.22!
Useless, won’t accept anything, deleted!
I scanned 20 different DVDs and it wouldn’t accept any. “No offer” message constantly. I tried the same 20 DVDs with other similar apps and all were accepted for 40p+ on some, so deleted this app and onto others.
