Fix your app!!
I love Sendik’s. But the app is completely useless and it won’t let me even open it.

Sendiks App turns out to be impractical, it takes too long time to find a product, for example being able to add broccoli was a challenge, I clicked on 3 pieces and the screen showed 8 pieces, the same happened with everything I tried to choose in quantity of vegetables. I spent more time using the app than going to the grocery store. Please, Sendiks need to improve their app.

Time selections are poor.
It looked like I could get delivery today, but by the time I finished my list, I could only select tomorrow. It is 10 am. They need to have more selection of times, or get on Instacart. They obviously don’t care about their customers’ urgency.

Handy but could use some improvements
I love that Sendiks has a reward system but it’s very hard to use in store at time of checkout. So I was going to try to use the app instead. I’m a little disappointed that there aren’t pictures with the list of the rewards items…it would make for quicker identification. Also there’s no way to add the rewards items to a list to help you shop them in the store. I’d love it if they could make these tweaks to be able to redeem the rewards more easily.

I love Sendicks for so many reasons but I am so dissappointed that you charge almost $6 for order pickup. I am disabled and right now have all I can do to get in a car and drive over to pick up. I actually live across the street. I am not being lazy and have usually come in and use a riding cart but recently I had my left hip pop out. I love Target no matter how big or small an order is they don’t charge a fee, nor does Pick @ Save down the street. It really makes me mad and sad. Maybe it could be free over $45-$50.

Sendik’s makes it easy to shop!
I love being able to shop online for my groceries when I’m too busy to go into the store. It’s so easy to pull up and my groceries are ready!
Very helpful when caring for spouse with cancer.
While caring for a spouse with cancer it is not always easy to get to the store because you may not have someone to stay with your spouse at home while you shop if your spouse is not up to shopping with you.

Shopping is so easy on the app. It’s a system that allows the shopper to get just what she or he wants, no running around, and pickup on your schedule. I love this feature.

Sendiks still has the best produce, fish and meat
Ever since Covid, I place an order and have it filled by one of a couple of reliable employees.
The best part was the employee would call if an item was out of stock or it didn’t meat my “remarks.” It was the main reason I shopped with Sendiks during the pandemic. They are Sendiks and not Walmart.
Then Sendiks changed their directives to their Express grocery shoppers.
NO MORE CALLING CUSTOMERS ABOUT AN ORDER.
Wrong, its the biggest reason I continue to do Express Shopping at Sendiks. Now I might as well shop at Walmart for food.
Not every employee is as careful or gets to know their customers wants and desires.
Also, I think these “personal shoppers,” should be allowed to accept a tip. Its like a restaurant server. Reward them for good service. Same should be at Sendiks.

Not perfect
Wish the app did not save previous order. We use other stores’ apps with much greater success. I have had to erase my order on numerous occasions because I am adding it to the previous order already picked up.
Nice App
Its a nice app overall, (and I love the fact it respects my Privacy), but every since the iPhone iOS update to 14, its shows under utilities instead of shopping and food, where all the comparable apps are, therefore making it difficult for me to remember where to go to use it.
Great Quality but Dislike Pick Up Fee
I appreciate the quality and selection at Sendiks, but the Pick Up Fee is a real negative. The competition at least requires a minimum spend before Pick Up is free. Please consider dropping the Pick Up Fee after a certain amount spent.

I only shop at the Franklin Sendik’s. Fabulous food, people, and wonderful floral/gift section!!!
Can’t update order from app
The Sendiks website and app are both frustrating to use. It’s hard to add to an existing order, you can’t choose/approve replacements, etc.. I like to shop local but we’ve been using Instacart more and more...Their app and website are very easy to use and they have great customer service. Sendiks needs a UX overhaul.

Tried the large grocery app and it was incredibly frustrating. Sendik’s is easy and fast.

We use Sendiks curbside pickup every week and have been very happy with and grateful for the service
Not what it use to be
The original app let you creat a shopping list you could take to the store and shop with. Now the app only allows you to shop online for delivery or pickup. Lost a bunch of functionality.
