Did not get my refund
I had placed an order on 31st dec and payed online via upi, but the restaurant did not accept the order and the order got cancelled. Now its two days now, and still did not get my refund and they just have name sake CS team, just two mobile number which is not reachable and no mail ID or chatbot. Similar to cheating customers.

Worst customer service
I called customer care that item is missing after 1 day of getting it delivered. He had guts to say we should have called me on the same day of the delivery, also the quantity of fruits I ordered was weighed lesser as the package wasn’t sealed.

Speedy delivery
This app is Very Easy to use. Delivery person is well knowledged with the roads and maps. No phone call and yet speedy delivery.
Such a Bad Experience
Don’t send order from here. I used it one week ago, it was really costly then other and they deliver me half of the order i gave them, and no people come for the refund process. Please don’t do this thing with the people.

Stuck on confirm location. Not able to fill personal details. It comes back to confirm location.
