Did not get my refund
I had placed an order on 31st dec and payed online via upi, but the restaurant did not accept the order and the order got cancelled. Now its two days now, and still did not get my refund and they just have name sake CS team, just two mobile number which is not reachable and no mail ID or chatbot. Similar to cheating customers.

Worst customer service
I called customer care that item is missing after 1 day of getting it delivered. He had guts to say we should have called me on the same day of the delivery, also the quantity of fruits I ordered was weighed lesser as the package wasn’t sealed.

This app is Very Easy to use. Delivery person is well knowledged with the roads and maps. No phone call and yet speedy delivery.

Don’t send order from here. I used it one week ago, it was really costly then other and they deliver me half of the order i gave them, and no people come for the refund process. Please don’t do this thing with the people.

App gets automatically closed
The app gets closed automatically. I have downloaded the app and within couple of minutes it got crashed. I have checked this 2-3 times. Same issue
Very poor services
August 7 Friday I ordered biryani from Gold beach and the order was ready in 25 minutes but the delivery boy took the parcel around 1 o’clock in the afternoon from the hotel and now it is 2:15pm n still my food is out there getting COLD....
Is it any kind of joke the delivery boy called me and said I am out of petrol and standing in the road for someone to come and pick me up.....

Dispute option necessary
The app is a great service. BUT, there needs to be an option to raise disputes in case of discrepancy about orders received and outlets to be made responsible for the same. Sending something else because what a customer ordered isn't available is not the correct way to do business.
