2hour of food delivery worst response from delivery boy as well as area manager thir class never order from this app, spoiled food as well as delayed

Did not get my refund
I had placed an order on 31st dec and payed online via upi, but the restaurant did not accept the order and the order got cancelled. Now its two days now, and still did not get my refund and they just have name sake CS team, just two mobile number which is not reachable and no mail ID or chatbot. Similar to cheating customers.
