With soundbar
Keeps losing the device. Good when it works though! But, it is always going blank, not showing the soundbar - usually I have to delete the app and re download but this time even this did not work!
Doesn’t work half the time
This app is great when it works. I would say when I first got headphones it worked but now its legacy and they don’t care it seems. I’ve had Sennheiser headphones for 10+ years but this has become so frustrating - its a simple issue as well. The headphones can be found but they never connect. Sometimes if I remove the app and redownload it works but its really just random it seems.

Completely Broken
Ambeo Max Soundbar is grayed out. Search found it again. Tapping on the found device does nothing. Tried both iOS and iPad. Expensive device now dead.
I’m so sad
The app keeps crashing every time I try to customize my sound personalization. I’ve tried over ten times and it crashes every time. I’ve tried multiple times in different ways. I’m so sad.
Sound Personalization doesn’t work
Whenever I try to make a profile for sound personalization, I get to the point where you’re able to drag that ball around then it instantly crashes the app.
Horrible app
This app is barely functional. It struggles to do basic things such as having the sound bar find the Wi-Fi every time I go to use the sound bar I need to completely go through a reboot of settings just to get it to work.

Just yesterday, settings are grayed out. Can't access. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Same issue. Please help. Can't turn on my sub.

Useless
Sennheiser makes some incredible hardware, but the software is incredibly dysfunctional. I need to use this app to connect to my Ambeo sound bar and adjust most settings. I wish I didn’t have to go through a 45 minute dance every time I want to use it to adjust my bass or my surround sound. I wish I can say this app has seen some improvements over the last 3 years I’ve used it.

Please add WiFi WPA3 (not wpa3/2) support to soundbar plus!
Nowadays,there are more and more deauth attacks to Ip cameras which still use wpa2 without PMF,WPA3 is becoming essential!Your ads indicate that the soundbar supports Wi-Fi6 which is always paired with wpa3 encryption.But during setup process,this app indicates the correct password is wrong.Since the hardware support Wi-Fi6,I think you really need to add WPA3 encryption support as soon as possible.

Low quality for premium price
The app randomly disconnects, randomly shows empty page instead of tabs
Utter garbage
I have the sound bar and this app is utter garbage. Doesn’t work half the time (not exaggerating) and when it does, you’re pretty limited in what you can do with it.

動画を停止するとよくわからない音が数分おきに鳴る。うるさい。

The more connections you have to the headphones, the more it tends to crash. The purpose of my review though, is to ask: why don’t you have an app for PC? I prefer to keep my headphones connected to my windows computer rather than my iPhone. I went to look for your app in the Microsoft store and it’s nowhere to be found. Please create an app for windows? Thanks.

The app has never been great quality. But it used to be really handy. It used to RECOGNIZE ALL MY HEADPHONES, without fail. It used to save my customizations.
NOW? Refuses to do a thing with my PCX-550-II set, yet it works just fine with a budget set. I have attempted everything to get the late 2025 app to accept my PXC headphones. NOPE!
The audio quality has been great on my PXCs, but come on. I don't like spending $400 for audio devices with ill-developed apps that will simply not recognize them no matter how many times I remove and connect the things.
Sennheiser is a brand I have liked and used for a long time, for more than just headphones. They are not going to be considered for my next purchase if this is the poor service that continues.

Sound personalization doesn’t work
After the other application didn’t work - messed up with touch control and ANC, I came back to this application. Now my sound personalization can’t be retrieved and I can’t create a new one either. Both applications are messy.
