The support team for delivery drivers it’s terrible.
Not intuitive or user friendly
Cons: Font size, app organization and instructions need significant improvement. Written after 12 deliveries. Pros: excellent notifications of available jobs.
Better then ppl understand
Senpex has real opportunity to make money, the issue is bots. Average drivers never see what Senpex has to truly offer because there instantly taken and I’ve been shouting from the hills about it but nothing. It’s a small operation seeing the culprits is very simple they remain at a constant profit and never below

I only get notification, maybe once a week, but I don’t see any load. Zero deliver in more than 6 months in Miami, FL. 🤭
Horrible app/ no customer service stay away
No responses in regards to help that you may need as a driver, trips are too far away and don’t equate to the gas you will spend. Only Senpex can profit leaving the courier driver begging for orders that rarely come out. No way to live or work

Ever since I updated the app or deleted and re-installed I get no orders. I also have tried to delete once more Now Apple Store is trying to collect payment for no reason.

Very low pay for heavy deliveries
Restaurant Depot orders in San Jose pay extremely low. Many deliveries are heavy, with large boxes and long loading time, but the pay does not match the work. The price is not calculated fairly based on the weight, distance, and effort. Drivers spend time lifting heavy items and still receive very low offers. This feels unfair to drivers very very very bad

These people that run this app are thieves . They stole 4 runs I completed cause I complained about a run that got canceled then kicked me off the app . Absolute garbed people behind this thing look else were for work
Customer Support is lacking
When I first started driving for Senpex, it was great! It had a lot of jobs, high wages, and if you arrived to pick up an order and it was a blank trip, they’d reimburse you $25. Nowadays, jobs are rare & it’s difficult to get a hold of support during normal hours (noon).

Support never once replied back to me as I was making a delivery for them!!..I unloaded over 2k pounds of bagged rocks and wasn't paid a dime!
The Worse Support Ever
Senpex has the worse “support” ever!! Rude, accusatory, and inconsiderate IF they decide to actually respond. They can disable or lock out your account where you won’t receive any new courier orders without any prior warnings or communication of your account status. They consistently blame and fault drivers for clear Senpex App technical issues without any resolution. Just a horrible business model!!

If you do do a job for this company just know you run the risk of not getting any money especially if the you make it to the pick up location and there is any confusion with the order they will just cancel it and give you 0 pay they don’t communicate at all you can clearly see this company is just chasing orders anyway they can and without any care for the delivery person I got orders I did and I get to customer house and deliver and look at the order and it say cancel and I reach out to Senpex who say they will send it for review and still haven’t heard nothing and it’s been three months!
