Awfully bad slow messed up app&CCTV cameras.
Extremely disappointed with this app it crashes all the time and messed up all connections keeps crashing again and again I’ve fast too speed internet provider all my other devices working fine except the CCTV of this app keeps crashing searching for secure connection channel etc and my other cctv with another app working awesomely good , I am very disappointed with this so please fix it ASAP thank you.

I think that for the price this is an excellent camera, it’s a lot better than the one that it’s replacing that was very old and a lot more expensive than this ,lovely piece of kit. I would highly recommend this camera.

Service is horrible u will not be able to speak to anyone. Cameras disconnected after a year and couldn’t reconnect but I’m still charged. Tried to cancel payment bur company keep taking money

It’s not bad but the only thing is you can’t skip the video on some models unless you go to the live footage and scroll sideways to the time stamp.

The app crashes all the time on iPhone all they want is for you to sign up to a monthly subscription for a fee £££ camera is good and well equipped but again constantly trying to get you to sign up to the subscription.

Always “spot-on”..never any glitches! Works perfectly. Gallery updates come- in moments after they occur which is excellent. All for a very reasonable subscription.
