App no longer works since camera update
Terrible
App doesn't work much of the time, constantly having to remove the app take off the device of download the app again and then add the advice again and then sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t but then it’s only for a day or two
I am constantly getting a connecting message but never then Connects, this app and sadly the camera have been nothing but a pain and an issue worked great for about a month or two

It works but it could do with an update.
It looks like it’s not been updated for 4 years, it would be nice if it could utilise the the bigger screens the more modern iPhones have.

Should include a Home Screen that shows all the cameras in the small squares. Also, can you make it possible to see the camera view full screen in portrait mode instead of rotating the phone to see full screen.

Easy to set up
Easy to set up but we are not able to see what’s going on. I should have looked at the reviews before we purchased.
Worse camera ever
Camera goes on and off the alerts stop working like a month after installing. The monitor itself touchscreen doesn't work!! So I'm left with on screen

Just plug the main unit into you internet and follow the instructions, all of the people complaining must be very dense I literally just figured it out off the top rated comment on the store

These negative reviews are bs. You have to have the viewer connected via Ethernet cable to view remote on phone app. People are rediculois, read the manufacturer’s instructions before leaving bogus feedback

Poor customer service and hard to connect to IPhone
Working great!
We installed the cameras and the monitor (connected via Ethernet cable) and get great real time pictures on the monitor and via the app. Love it!
App Does’t work
Everything works great except the mobile app. I can never connect. Initially it worked fine then one day later it stopped and has not worked since.
Not IOS friendly
Will not connect to my iPhone 10- no support and now I have an expensive paperweight- but can’t let near paper the camera gets so hot it could catch on fire.

Poor experience
Monitor works and records to SD card but mobile app never connects after the most recent firmware update. Disappointed with the app, camera system was easy to setup and install but the mobile experience is just horrible. App needs a refresh or update looks like it hasn’t been updated in a long time.

Displeased
My app has connected maybe twice since I got this system and it was the first two days. I can’t watch the live feed or the recorded feeds. I’ve tried and tried for a few months. I keep my monitor plugged in and next to my router. My cameras are less than 50 feet from this as well.
