Trusted neighbor recommendations!
I’ve had some bad experiences using FB neighborhood groups and NextDoor, because you can’t verify who is posting! (One contractor was recommending himself and another was his girlfriend.) Of course, you find this out after they’ve been hired, and turned out to be unreliable or unprofessional. Anyway, you don’t have that issue with this app, your actual neighbors who live in your area must have recommended every business. Real reviews, experiences and recommendations you can trust. Also, now I won’t forget who I used for a service. It keeps very good records (without clutter). I’m sure it’s more powerful, but even for these things it’s a real lifesaver.

Great app to manage your home pros esp w an HOA
Love being able to use one app to communicate w HOA, connect with out neighbors, and book home pros. Just need to get more people from my community using it in order to get the most use out of it.
