Every time I log in it takes me to the rating page. It’s an awful user experience. I don’t want to be forced to rate an app. The password functions don’t work well.

If you have an hour to waste, use the app
This app is extremely slow and needs to be performance optimized asap! Servbank needs to evaluate their development team and utilize onshore lead development resources. If Servbank is currently using the above recommendation, I would recommend sprint reviews for leadership after every release. There is no way this app had the proper system integration testing (SIT) performed and definitely did not go through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by the business. You may need to reach out to me to lead your IT department. Please do an emergency release asap to fix this issues.

Every month I try to use this app for my payment. It is usually so unresponsive that I give up and have to use a PC.
