STILL CAN’T COME INTO RHE 20th CENTURY
Awful app for years and their IT isn’t smart enough to fix it… I shouldn’t have to keep entering my password every few months. And then when I do, the dinosaur system locks me out. Then you try to call the help desk, give ss# and STILL asks questions I need to look at my bank account for 🙄 can’t even send a simple code to verify it’s me BECAUSE GOD FORBID THEY SHOULD GET WOTH NEW TECHNOLOGY… when I sign in WITH MY FRICKING FIGERPRINT YOU SHOULDNT NEED TO VERIFY YET AGAIN AND IVE BEEN SAYING FOR YEARS, OLDER IOS PHONES CAN BARELY EVEN SEE THE VERIFICATION BUTTON AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK…. THIS APP AND THIS BANK MAKE ME WANT TO MOVE ALL MY MONEY TO TD….

I have lived in Florida for 24 years and I am still a member of SCU, the only bank I use! I joined when it was Somersworth Credit Union in the GE building back in 1972! Your sister bank Campus USA has been a great sister bank here in FL

We have banked at SCU for years! We use it as our main bank. We love the service, interest rates, and convenience. My only complaint is the new online banking. It is not user friendly and even when I have called CS with online issues, they do not have as much available to them. This is very unfortunate.

Great financial institution. Dog water mobile app. Slow, poor usability, limited functions available within the app. Overall profoundly underwhelming app. Love the financial institutions but please fix the app

I love that Service Credit Union has a branch right next to my work and that I can talk to real people. Their app works great and I’m very happy that I found this bank. I got my auto loan from them and ended up opening a checking account too!

Needs account balance wigit
This app is excellent and works very nice. However I was disappointed there is no Home Screen account balance wigit like my other banks have. I recently switched banks because my local SCU branch is so wonderful. However I almost regretted the decision after losing the ability to see my account balance from my Home Screen. I really hope they add this feature soon. Will be a 5 star as soon as that happens.
