App not working now
Can’t see any transactions and can’t access to the transfer page as well…. Unbelievable!!!

I honestly really liked this bank for a while. Have had them for about 7 years now. It seems like over the last year they have grown more and against me making things repeatedly worse for me. From their control over your money to their copy and pasted unconcerned customer “support” all the way to them basically treating you like you’re special about something even though you have the physical hard proof in front of you. Used to suggest this company but I no longer feel the same.

App is garbage
This app has significantly declined, after this recent update I cannot access the transfer page so I deleted the app reinstalled to try again now it won’t even let me log in. Time to find a new bank cause not being able to access my money is bs.

ITS ALWAYS UNDER MAINTENANCE AND STILL DONT WORK….
App does not work properly overseas for about a month now
Since about a month now, the app will open but when I clink on my account or try and access my card information it displays a frown face and says there is a problem with retrieving the data. After talking to SCU Rep they said it is only happens to people who are overseas, but that does not help me none. I wish they would fix the app, it worked pretty good up until that last update.

ever since they updated it some months ago many features don’t work and you have to find in app loopholes to make transfers and such. transaction history consistently unavailable and same with the transfer option

Consistently having issues on loading the app
Multiple accounts
I love this banking site so very much. The one thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is we have three separate accounts and I can’t login with my mobile app using biometrics because I have a different username and password for each. I wish I could switch between the three with one login.

I recently ran into this intern who I started chatting with, during conversation she let me know that she worked at service credit union and shared the fact that if I were to go over on my debit card that it would automatically be fixed with 100$ increments. Very helpful!
