constantly not working
ever since they updated it some months ago many features don’t work and you have to find in app loopholes to make transfers and such. transaction history consistently unavailable and same with the transfer option

Multiple accounts
I love this banking site so very much. The one thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is we have three separate accounts and I can’t login with my mobile app using biometrics because I have a different username and password for each. I wish I could switch between the three with one login.

I recently ran into this intern who I started chatting with, during conversation she let me know that she worked at service credit union and shared the fact that if I were to go over on my debit card that it would automatically be fixed with 100$ increments. Very helpful!

They just asked for advice on how to improve the app, I said make the transfers actually work without having to log out and back in several times, and guess who is on attempt THREE to transfer funds within my own account. Newsflash, my SCU savings is not an invalid account, it is literally your own product.

Unable to access my accounts
In the past two weeks there are times throughout the day that I can’t access my accounts. I get a frown face that says I can’t access at this time. This is very frustrating especially when I am trying to move money or make payments.
Change is good but….
I have been a Service CU member for many many years. This latest IT upgrade completely decimated my budgeting program as it is not compliant with Quicken. As my primary bank not having the integration continues to be a problem

I have been a customer of service credit union I think since 2010 and I love this bank because they’re always there for you 24 seven and what I love most is their ATM fee fees if I go out out of state or to another ATM within state, they always return the fee that that other bank has charged me love this bank and will always be a faithful customer

Verification of not a robot is a pain in the @ss and don’t work 1/2 the time. Make app easier to see my accounts

I have been with Service Credit for the past 30+ years. I joined because my husband was a member. Service Credit has helped me anytime I have ever needed a loan. From a small loan to pay for the kids classes or to put a new roof on, siding and windows on the house. I would highly recommend Service Credit Union to everyone.

I have used Service for many years and at one time they were the only one that would give me an account after I had been screwed multiple times by 2 major banks and because of that I have good credit now and I can only say from my experience that it would have taken me a lot longer to get where I am without them working with me way back then
