I love that Service Credit Union has a branch right next to my work and that I can talk to real people. Their app works great and I’m very happy that I found this bank. I got my auto loan from them and ended up opening a checking account too!

Needs account balance wigit
This app is excellent and works very nice. However I was disappointed there is no Home Screen account balance wigit like my other banks have. I recently switched banks because my local SCU branch is so wonderful. However I almost regretted the decision after losing the ability to see my account balance from my Home Screen. I really hope they add this feature soon. Will be a 5 star as soon as that happens.

Customer service
I have had excellent customer service at my usual branch(DHMC), as well as other branches that I have been to. I am very sorry to hear DHMC will no longer have a branch in the hospital.

Top notch - banking features and Customer Service
The Service credit union family has been my bank since 1999 and I’ve got to say they have the best customer service and support team ever. Their banking features are top of their industry and in general a military focused credit union warms my heart. Although we’ve moved to California and now Texas the SCU family continues to be ours.

This app sucks!
Every time I go to look at details for a certain account on the mobile app it says “check back later”. It’s extremely frustrating. I’ve updated it to its latest version, yet it doesn’t work properly.
