Updates
Every updates causes more issues than fixes. “New Features” are things no one asked for, and again, break core functionality of the app making it unusable in the field. Customer service is no help, have plenty of unanswered tickets. Will be looking at other options ASAP.
Trash
Camera sucks. Job map feature sucks. This app is laggy and takes forever to update job status. It’s supposed to work offline but it doesn’t. Hopefully they fix the user functionality.
Not working properly
I do not understand what’s the rush to release an app that is not functional? No one tested the credit card processing option? I need to be at the customer’s house to find it out?? Not sure what company you guys used to build this app, but it’s really unprofessional.
Was Not Properly Tested
App was released without proper testing and I’ve ran into numerous bugs which have yet been taken care of. New design is nice and the changes are nice. Dealing with the bugs is frustrating

apps has a lot potential, problem is you can’t create products within the app. i have called several times and spoke to tech support. For some reason Tech support is stuck on me sending them a video. each time i have attempted to send a video the video is too large. (sending as an MP4). They are saying it’s an ipad issue. My techs and I have tried it on iphone, ipad ,and android devices and it is the same thing. When trying to create a product you fill out all necessary info and hit create product. Nothing happens, No error, no anything. you can tap and tap and tap. If you delete a mandatory field and hit create it will say fill in the field.
