This app is the version of service fusion you want I’ve been using the old version for 5 years and it was always terribleeeeee this version has fixed almost everything I hated about the app. The searching is fixed the calendar is fixed the picture upload is fixed thank god for service fusion by everpro

Rushed release, tons of bugs. Use the old app

Updates

Every updates causes more issues than fixes. “New Features” are things no one asked for, and again, break core functionality of the app making it unusable in the field. Customer service is no help, have plenty of unanswered tickets. Will be looking at other options ASAP.

Camera sucks. Job map feature sucks. This app is laggy and takes forever to update job status. It’s supposed to work offline but it doesn’t. Hopefully they fix the user functionality.

Not working properly

I do not understand what’s the rush to release an app that is not functional? No one tested the credit card processing option? I need to be at the customer’s house to find it out?? Not sure what company you guys used to build this app, but it’s really unprofessional.
