Service One Rocks
I have been with SOCU for 20+ years. They have been good to me and always taken care of of banking needs.
Dependable
We have been with SOCU since 1989 and they are the best credit union and have always been there for us in their services throughout our many years with them. We moved away, but maintain our banking needs through them to this day.
Happy Customer
The very best learning institution that you can be a part of after service bar none. 5 STAR SERVICE
My review
Very friendly and a good community bank. Always service with a smile
Best Finanancial Institution
The folks at Service One Credit Union really know how to take care of you. This union has a hometown flavor with a professional standard that understands the needs of the common people. They go on reasonable banking standards and extend kindness and compassion to customer such as myself who has limited means of income. If you are kind and compassionate and are looking for a kind and compassionate credit union this bank is for you.

Love Service One Credit Union
The people who work there are so kind and knowledgeable. I’ve even received a much needed hug from one of the employees when I was having a bad day. I will always use this place for my banking needs.
Best credit union I’ve ever belonged too! They’ve helped me greatly
They are very personable people to deal with

This app comes in handy for some mobile banking. 😃😃😃😃😃
ATM
I think the ATM machines need to be updated. It would be nice if they were like the ones Chade bank has. You can automatically deposit cash into your account through the ATM and it goes your account right then and there.
Confusion
I recently ordered checks for my regular checking account. Firstly I was charged for them. You took it out of my Easyshare account. That’s because you sent me checks on the WRONG account. Your cashiers are constantly depositing my checks into the wrong account. I blame this on management for the lack of training AND because of your confusing situation of account numbers. I can put the full account number on the back of the checks and the cashiers STILL ask which account I want it to go into!!
