Excellent compliment to SDP

App went through a big redesign and is more usable than ever! Snappy, clean UI, feature full. Worked really well using attachments through OneDrive piggybacking off iOS files UI.

No reason why your support staff shouldn’t have this app when in the field.

Won’t let me log in

Not very useful.

SAML won’t work on iPad Pro

Although it prompts to log into Microsoft, and fully clears MFA the thing just returns to the login prompt after successfully authenticating. Useless app.

Something is missing

Love the app but cannot believe that there is no audio notification available for runners. This is like having a phone that doesn’t ring but still expects you to answer it when a call comes in.
Our IT department has tried everything and can’t find a way for the runners to get an audio notification.
HELP!!!!

Our sincere Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Hope you mean receiving push notifications on whenever any update happens on ticket. As of now, we provide option to send push notification whenever ticket has been assigned and any notes added. We will check the possibilities provide more options asap. Poor function, awful interface.

Pros: app is fast response. Cons: It takes far too many button presses and menu options to change ticket request details, pick up a ticket, close, add notes/reply. Notes and reply text entry fields do not allow auto spell correction. Push notifications are sent to users device while the user is the one making changes/actions to ticket items. I don’t need to see notifications for actions that I am currently making. I’m very well aware that I just closed a ticket. Very odd notifications behavior. Menu icons don’t make any sense considering the items in the menu. No global search option. App signs itself out occasionally, why? This is a very poor app considering such expensive software.

Unusable with a SAML login.

This app is a disaster!

App doesn’t work on iPhone 14 Pro Max

Please advise when you will fix the app for iPhone 14 Pro Max… it is completely unusable.

Buggy

Can’t attach photos - get an”invalid JSON” error.
Selecting more photos from the gallery in dark mode is difficult as the buttons are white font on a white background.

Immediate error at login

After logging in I’m confronted by a mandatory error window talking about a missing element ‘account’?

You guys really need to work on this app.

Crashing

The latest release crashes constantly, this seems to be a pattern, a few releases work fine then a we get a duffer, come on Zoho sort it out, a bit more testing seems like it’s needed before releasing buggy apps.

Incorrect Username/Password

I can sign in fine through a web browser, but the app does not work.

This is after the app working fine for a year after dealing with a recurring issue where the technician key had to be reset weekly just for it to work.

I can’t sign in, but the app will constantly notify me of when tickets are assigned. It needs to be looked at, it is unusable in it’s current state and makes work harder.

Barely functional

Such a let down. Service desk pro is fantastic. But it’s app barely works. Can’t see all tickets. Notifications limited. The asset barcode scanner works on 1 in 10 codes. It won’t even read barcode generated in its own system. If a functional app is a requirement for you than manage engines solutions aren’t for you. None of these apps live up to their platforms standards

Does not login

Company has implemented 2fa on services desk plus now the app won’t login as not asking for the 2fa from google Authenticator

Useless

Every new version I get a new different error. That’s funny. 😀

Can no longer attempt to authenticate. Says URL is incorrect when its loading these settings from the previous version

No notifications?!

No notifications for new tickets make no sense... I hope that will be added soon!

No SSO login support for an enterprise help desk?!?

I wish I knew this when we evaluated multiple systems.
