After the update it got horrible,
Can’t type it freezing and every time have to shut the app and open

Bugs
It works fine for the most part, but needs some repair. It constantly shows me as having 3 unread messages when I have 0. I cannot get the little red notif to go away. Please fix this.

How can you be this bad at producing an app?
On this failed Zinc update- sitting at the sync screen forever with no progress. It's always something that gets broken. Last update was the keyboard, or trying to search for people, now it's entirely broken.
Third party keyboard support

Terrible app
App constantly crashing and logs you out randomly
How did this make it out of Alpha testing???
Fortunately the WEB app works much better than the IOS app. If a picture is received the app will often go into and endless loop whereby one touches “Done” and the picture reappears and renders the chat session useless unless another message is received. Making calls is a nightmare, the success ratio is about 20% with most of most users resorting to FaceTime audio.

Does not reliably send notifications
I have to delete and reinstall this app at least once a week because it stops sending me notifications. Unreliable.

Why did u sign me out of my app then tell me that my free trial is over????? I’ve had this app on my phone for a long time and I need it for work!!! This is how I communicate with my nurses and coworkers for my patients!!!!!
Needs improvements
This app is a hit and miss. Always crashing and it lately it’s been logging me out every single day.

Lasted update just crashes can’t open.
Slow, no message preview
We have a group chat on Zinc. But it is extremely slow and often shows the wrong name against someone’s message. Yu get a notification, look at the app, and there will be nothing. 15 seconds later the message will show. Sometimes with the correct sender, sometimes not. Also won’t show a preview of the message in notification banner or lock screen despite having this setting turned on.

Add custom Do Not Disturb options
I miss so many Sunday meetings as my company is around the clock. Please update the Do Not Disturb option to add the ability to set your own time for when Do Not Disturb ends. (Instead of just Monday at 8)

I plan on developing VR MMOs someday, I use my iPads when im out an about since I don’t want to lug around my 50pound desktop (actually I do, but people would probably question my sanity). I have hopes this will be very useful to me when I find or build a team to work with.

Rely on it everyday
All of my work communications happen in Zinc. It’s a great app that constantly gets better and better. No matter who I need to talk to, they are just a click away. I don’t need anyone’s phone number and whenever we work with contractors they can be instantly added to our conversations using their email address. Couldn't imagine working without it!
