It’s about time to catch up
I have use this app for 4years now. I have done some work for a lots of customer now when I have a repeat customer I am unable to find any History of what I did last time when there.
Also you guy need to have tracking, have a way for technician document his arrival to the job I also want see how far from one job to the next. Please don’t get comfortable because I have seen some that I like but I like being with you guys. We need some updates

I've only been using the app for 3 weeks now, but it works great. Talked to tech support twice and got my forms setup the way I needed them. They also edited my logo to make it look much better on the service tickets. They have been very helpful with any questions that I've had. Definitely recommend this app, especially for the price.

Great app with a great website to go along. Ive seen other companies pay big money for their dispatcher programs and have to use excel for keeping track of service agreements. Servicepal does both for you and the price cant be beat. Might be confusing at first, but their customer service is always fast to respond, through email and phone. I love this app

Great hvac investment!!
I own a small one man hvac company, and this program will save you hours a day. I can't wait for the new update so we can link it to Quick Books!! Great for one man companies to fleet sized companies. Does time cards, scheduling, contract reminders and more!!!!

Not good
Ok yeah the product is ok, but why in the world do I have to pay a subscription? I think that is not good at all. The subscription is like $30 a month. I would buy it if the payment was a one time thing, but monthly? I don't think so.

This app has made documenting my jobs so easy! It is easy to create the forms, email them to my customer and even print them. I looked around for a while for a good app to make forms and this is by far the best one I have used!! It is a well designed app and great for any business.
Excellent electronic clipboard
Very well designed - simple and elegant interface that is intuitive to navigate through. I absolutely love the organization of the app. A handy tutorial for new users is also available and it quickly pinpoints all of the features of the app. This will be an extremely beneficial app for anyone who interacts with customers on the go.
