Important for musicians
I love this app cause it can help you to be a full band with some music ,and assist you in being becoming the musician that you feel you can be.
Limited Chords, poor interface.
This looked great. When I first saw it. Recommended by a jazz musician. However, as soon as I started to use it to create a backing track - I couldn’t find the chords I needed ( no 9th or 7#9! ) and the user interface is so clunky and unhelpful. That I ended up abandoning my practice session! Angry and frustrated that I had obviously been “sold a pup”! Yet another music app that gets in the way of the music and kills the vibe. Very disappointing!

Wow! What a time saver…
I just purchased Session Band Jazz 3 and have already formatted my version of “Take The A Train” with my preference of drum tracks. It was so easy and produced such a great backing track. I’m really impressed.
Excellent!
This app has transformed my playing.Now I can put things in context, and have great feel rather than just playing to a metronome. Excellent I’ll probably end up, picking up the other genres as well.
Finally a backing jazz band that works and has mdern styles
Im nicely surprised at how good this is. The organic feeling of the assets when put together give a good fluid realistic backing band. Very easy to operate and save result. My only criticism and one I don't think they'd be able to fix easily, is the omission of some chord types like quartal and So What voicings. The quartals for Tyner and Ogerman style arrangements. Apart from that this is great work and very much thought through.
