Scam!

I signed up In Hopes to have more lead options in the slow/winter season. Since I signed up a year ago, I haven’t been able to see any leads on my portal. I’ve reached out to IT so many times and no one has solved it. I’ve asked for a refund and no one responds to my emails. I paid this company for 500 leads and received 8…

Total SCAM

They will steal your money

Probable scam.

The premise of the app sounded good and the leads were relatively cheap so I did not expect them to be great, but nonetheless, this is a huge disappointment. I have spent thousands of dollars on the leads because I got a little excited in the beginning but out of over 200 leads, I only got maybe 10 to answer the phone and of them only one was interested in buying, but worked in a restaurant job, making under 30k per year despite the fact that this lead said they were looking for something around 500k! The dollar value it shows in the map means nothing, and I think SetSchedule just makes them up. The leads supposedly have a guarantee, but when Ive tried to reach SetSchedule, they have never answered or responded. This seems like a scam. Stay away.

Worst lead generation

Leads are bogus

DON’T FALL FOR THE SCAM

Please don’t make the mistake that many others and I have made. This lead gen company is a total scam and if you try to spread the word, they’ll cut you off. Don’t donate thousands of dollars for returned frustration and zero warm leads.

set schedule is a scam from top to bottom, a company-wide practice.

set schedule is a scam operation that solicits Realtors by promising warm lead transfers. When in reality, the leads are cold. All you can expect in your "warm" lead is a name, phone number, and price, not a price range, just a price and nothing more.
I was lied to by a sales manager with whom I spoke in great detail about the changes/ improvements the company has made. They knew of all the problems but were actively working to change and improve reputation and lead quality. Everything the manager said was a deceitful pitch for me to sign up. Once you sign, you are stuck in their contract, and they will threaten to sue over stopped payment. When I complained to the onboarding rep, she said she would have someone call me back, but that, too, was a lie.

SCAM Real Estate Lead Generation Company

I really wish I could provide zero stars. SetSchedule is a terrible real estate partner. I feel completely scammed by sales rep, Connor Curtis, and sales manager, Jameson Paul. I am embarrassed to have signed an agreement with these people. SetSchedule called me with a really good sales pitch. They demonstrated how they generate leads and qualify them for appointments. They told me that they had 200+ leads a month in my target area and that they make frequent live connections. They even called me back with detailed research confirming the amount of leads they would be able to provide my team. It’s all lies. They provide no leads in my target area and an abundance of activity more than 70 miles from our target area. I’ve made several attempts to speak with management, but they all hide and ignore my requests. They rely on overseas labor to read scripts and blow off your problems. Choosing to partner with SetSchedule is one of the worst decisions I’ve made in my real estate career. They are slimy salesman with a low quality product. Do not make the same mistake I did. They will take your money and ignore you, blaming you for not having success with their under performing platform.

Dont do it

The Lead's aren't necessarily fake, although 90% of the information is bogus, 10% can't qualify for anything, this is the worst lead system I've ever had, hopefully they go out of business

Terrible

I cannot get anyone there to call me back . I didn’t get one valid lead and to add insult to injury they charged my account for another year (1659.00) without my knowledge or consent.

Got hung up on by their salesman

Got told it was for a referral, which I’m more than happy to take referrals. Turns out it’s for a referral program that has “some free” leads and other leads with the premium program you have to pay for. I was trying to find out what to do to try out the free side first but since I could get any answers on the non paid leads, I was told, “It’s clear you’re not going to get on your computer for the demo so this call is going nowhere. Thank you for your time.” And hung up.

I mean, I already pay for another referral service and was not opposed to hearing about this one but it was frustrating I was messaged as if it was a brokerage to brokerage actual referral. So I still took the call and wanted some straight up answers and not the run around and got hung up on… so I’ll stick to the referral service I already use.

I understand doing sales pitch and possibly losing a client by telling them the upfront truth that it’s a paid service but ya dang sure aren’t going to get a client hanging up on them!

Scam!!!!!

Horrible lead quality. Yes they provide leads but it’s leads that have been stepped on and thrown out by everyone else. Not because you are the 1 and only savior to those leads but because they are bad leads. Not to mention the company will use your name to promote and sell your competitors on the services. I have a friend who had the exact same experience. They said set schedule called them out of the blue had a high pressure sales call and name dropped me as having success. I said dude you should have called me before signing up because I would of recommend to stay away!!!

Also THE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE!!! And google. How do you have 5stars from people with no pictures and basic names but obviously real customers telling you how bad this is. -5 stars

Research company before supporting

Company makes a lot of promises. Mostly they just lie

Do not use!!! Fraud alert

Top rated real estate professionals here. Many awards won. Over 1000 deals closed. They will claim your closing is not up to par. They have fake reviews everywhere. Agents are easy to find. Try to search for their top reviewers. You can’t find them because they are not real agents. Absolute scam. They don’t provide leads, just random contacts you can get looking up an old phone book or on Google. Wrong numbers, non starters abound. Their targeted data records just never worked at all. Premium research center didn’t work. This is literally a theft organization pretending to be a legitimate company. Their terms state a binding arbitration agreement to protect them from being sued. They can get the case dismissed for wrongful venue every time. Read the terms. They are afraid to defend their business practices in court. Their income is based on taking sign up fees not referral fees from closings. If it was closing referral fees, they would be a legitimate company. This is a Boiler Room scam. That is whey they are a fraud. Run for the hills. Do not give them your money. It is a scheme. RUN!

Please Don’t Waste Your Time or Money

So I’ve given this 6 whole weeks.

The idea is there… in theory. The execution is horrendous. I wish I had found the app reviews first rather than searching online for company reviews because this is where the truth is. Now I’m in the hole a ton of money for absolute trash.

I won’t bother telling you about the crap leads because all they’re going to do is quote the terms of service. A voucher tenant sent over as a 500k seller lead is the off mark to date. The bottom line is, you will never get what you paid for because it does not exist.

What is broken? The crm is not a crm, no useful functionality at all. It’s just a way for them to try and check on agents and I don’t even see that working. I very specifically asked about drip mail campaigns prior to purchase and was lied to outright. Teams function, nope. Ability to assign leads, nope. Ability to even see the full info on the lead, nope. Ability to use allotment (that you paid for) to get items you were promised, nope. Market research section and farming lists, not once has this worked on 6 whole weeks. ALL of these things are supposed to work. Nope.

So… let me tell you about the crap functioning of the platform (both mobile and desktop) and how absolutely no moves have ever been made to resolve the multiple tickets and complaints I have reported. You will NEVER get any results from this because instead of taking responsibility for the problems and fixing them they want to make it out to be the customer and their use of the platform.

Please send us screen shots? I’ll do you one better, I sent screenshots, and full screen recordings of the multiple issues in both desktop and mobile. What did they send me? Links to training videos and questions as to whether I had any closings scheduled.

That’s another thing. As previously stated by others the reps have no idea how real estate works. None at all. They called me and asked if I had any closings scheduled before they even figured out how to fix my login issue. And what is this success coach nonsense. I don’t need a success coach, I’ve been succeeding at this for over 20 years and I am extremely tech savvy which for some reasons caught them as a surprise. I am not the issue here. But they have no plan other than the customer being the problem. I contacted Set Schedule to continue my success and grow and they are the fail here. Where is your success coach?

Not only that I am horrified that I got my agents involved in this.

Long story short… does any of it work? Yes. The things you could get anywhere. The rest is either a lie or just trash. I’ve asked multiple times for my money back so now I have to take other steps regarding that. Do yourself a huge favor and do not get involved with this.
