Super buggy, aggressive 2FA, features don’t work
Not ready for prime time. Aggressively logs you out every couple of hours. Login process is horrible. I’ll get notifications of received texts but when you tap to open the app it logs you out.
Contact management features barely work and are SUPER Buggy in the browser admin and are reduced to non-functional buttons in the iOS app. Can’t add tags, can’t save name or phone changes.
Support has no clue.
Unfortunately we’ve hung our small business communications on this platform and are currently looking for another solution.
