Fraud/Scam
I was suckered! Originally there was a money back guarantee if you don't earn back your yearly membership within 12 months you receive your money back. A year has comes around, the Apple phone does not allow a refund and when I contacted them even though I've gone on the app multiple times, applied to every settlements that applied to me and followed up with settlements wanting further info, SettleMate told me I didn't use autopilot so they can't issue a retund. However they admitted they don't have a specific number of time they require me to go on the app. This is the bait and switch others have described when trying to get their money back. It's just $35 but companies that lead with scamming people are not companies I'll ever support.

Scam
I never qualified for any claims that this app offered and their Money Back Guarantee is a lie!! They did not refund me back. This is how they scam people.
Not $ after a year… will not renew
I allegedly have 24k to collect and although I submitted claim after claim, here we are, ending the annual subscription in a few days and yet far from seeing a single cent… I will not renew and I would have not bought it back in the day if I had known this.
Its basically a scam
The initial pages said I was eligible for about 3-5 different settlements, but once I PURCHASED the app, funny how that was no longer the case.

Thought that the app was free, but I guess the only free thing of this app is the download and your time. After putting in your information, they don’t let you continue unless you get a subscription with them…
