Company does not respond to email request. They also do not do anything at all except take your money.
Lied and never worked.
I paid an annual fee back in Dec 25, and was never able to sign in. This appears to be a fraudulent website. I am currently seeking a lawyer and file a lawsuit. I am not the only one. Google them and you’ll see, they will take your money and you will never be able to sign in.

Why did I upgrade to the new version and they made me input my information all over again? I’ve had this app for over 2 years and have not had one payout?? Now you want me to start all over again?? I don’t think so. I can just use claim bee and erase this app.
Doesn’t have up to date settlements
The app is pretty glitchy and doesn’t have up to date settlements also with a subscription cost of 34 dollars and considered most class actions are 20 ish dollars you aren’t likely to get much

I didn’t receive a penny
This app tells you about lots of settlements you qualify for. It will even tell you that the claim paperwork is in the mail, but I have yet to receive anything in the mail. Several of the claims were settled, and I didn’t get any type of notification or payment. There is even a spot that you send emails to each company asking what your individual claim number is for that particular settlement and none of my emails were responded to so I feel like the settlement app is just a gimmick. Settlement makes money off of you, but you don’t make any money off of any of the settlements. I definitely don’t recommend it.

This app this a scam and everyone should do a class action sue against them I’ve had this app for months I paid for the help. I did the settlement for a lot of companies which includes YouTube and facebook three of my friends that doesn’t even use this got their settlement of $140 and I said how come they got it and I didn’t since I’m paying for something. all those months I got charge should be fraud!!!!! Because I still haven’t received anything.

Lack of support
I have tried many times to connect and it will not connect. I found my imap now it says something totally different is now wrong. Frankly I just want a refund.

I was eligible for $158, but it demanded a subscription. I don’t trust anything until it’s proven to work the first time, if theres a way to get my settlements without having to subscribe then I’ll be interested

I decided to try the app especially since always receiving letters stating information might be stolen. But ever time something was listed that I qualified you couldn’t submit a claim on the app. Or it would be listed as no proof needed but once you tried to submit I was asked for proof on all but one. It’s a complete waste of money.

keeps forgetting i bought a subscription
I have till January 2027 for my subscription. But after months it is asking me to subscribe and trying to charge me again. when i log on, cant get into my account. not an honest app, either. i feel like i am being mined.
Demanded a subscription
Was immediately shoved subscription tier plans with no option to use app for free.
Does not update
This app does not update the settlements. I missed out on a settlement the app said was TBD because I was relying on the app to update me when the settlement opened. The settlement has closed and the app still says TBD.
Disappointed
It’s not worth it, I understand that you have to be patience but paying a subscription monthly and still having to wait makes it not worth it. I haven’t been awarded any money but have been paying monthly to see if I’ll get anything .
Paid for Nothing
I paid like $35 dollars for this app and have only been able to get in it a few times. Now it just spins and spins and never opens. I still get notifications but cannot access any parts of the app to benefit from the notifications! Very frustrating and I want my money back!!
Don’t waste your time
Nightmare to cancel your subscription. I emailed them in May to cancel it and they still haven’t… haven’t even made money from it
