Didn’t work
I didn’t get any money back from any settlements. I only payed for this app because I thought I would get refunded if I didn’t earn back the cost of the subscription, but turns out they only extend your subscription for free if you don’t earn money. Very disappointing.

This app this a scam and everyone should do a class action sue against them I’ve had this app for months I paid for the help. I did the settlement for a lot of companies which includes YouTube and facebook three of my friends that doesn’t even use this got their settlement of $140 and I said how come they got it and I didn’t since I’m paying for something. all those months I got charge should be fraud!!!!! Because I still haven’t received anything. This app should get their own settlement for robbing people

Throughout the claims it says you need proof but each single one says you need some kind of proof at this point I hope SettleMate gets sued for straight up lying, falsely claiming/stating

Nothing for a year- THEY LIE!!
Hi! Used this app consistently for a year. Didn’t qualify for much but applied anyways thinking there was a money back guarantee if you didn’t make your subscription fee in a year. I didn’t make a single cent despite continuous engagement with the platform. They REFUSED to refund me. I will tell every single person I know not to waste their money or time.

This app will tell you that you owed so much money but it's not very thorough. I saw on TikTok oh if you dealt with TurboTax then you could be owed money to send that. But it asks you if you dealt with about six different companies and then if you want to actually see if you're legit owed anything they ask you to pay before you can see anything so definitely a scam

Beware, this company originally had a money back guarantee if you don’t earn back your yearly membership within 12 months you receive your money back “it’s that simple”. Well of course a year comes around, the Apple phone does not allow a refund and when I contacted them even though I’ve gone on the app several times, applied to several settlements that applied to me and followed up with settlements wanting further info, SettleMate told me I didn’t go on the app enough so they can’t issue a refund. However they admitted they don’t have a specific number of time they require me to go on the app. This is the bait and switch others have described when trying to get their money back. It’s just $35 but companies that lead with scamming people are not companies I’ll ever support

False advertising
When I signed up it said if I didn’t make any money from settlements after my first year I’d get a full refund. I applied to probably around 30 settlements, got nothing back, and when i went to restore purchases it didn’t work. Additionally the autopilot didn’t do anything, my notifications don’t work, and I get signed out every single time I open the app. Please fix this and refund me.

I don’t think it’s reasonable to mark an app as “free” but then block it completely with a pay wall. People should be able to do a certain amount for free a week or something.

Scam I’m not kidding
I think all these reviews are bought out you can’t go into your account and cancel subscription. You can’t view anything. You can’t get rid of your credit card info. Nothing it just takes you to the same old trying to sign up. This is scam. Do not put any info on this app or website.
Don't bother.
Nearly impossible to login on app if you've been logged out. You can just find the claims yourself this app doesn't help submit them or save your info for submissions simply shows what's available and not even all. For me - it's a scam and should be a claim in itself.
