I had an issue with the app and was called within the stated call back time by a very helpful guy who resolved the issue over the phone. Also excellent value for money as it is actually cheaper than buying the paper inserts from Amazon. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Don’t waste money paying for something you really don’t need. My EHO advised to not use.
Simplifying Food Safety
Have been using this app for our Chip Shop business since opening and couldn’t think of a better way to streamline our food safety compliance! It really is the all in one solution. This tied in with exceptional customer service and it gets my full recommendation!
New update
New update is awful, harder to use and a lot slower! Not good, not happy
Subscriptions Dont work
I have signed up to the app twice and tried to subscribe but the app doesnt link to a business email. Tried restoring the purchase and that doesn’t work either.
Not intuitive, waste of time
Page displayed but you can only manage particular pages in certain menus, you find a setting only for it to be different on another page and for the life of me why can’t I finalise a particular day instead of the whole week??? Waste of time and money

This app is truly a god send, it has all the information you need to keep your venue up to EHO standard and keep track records or daily temp checks and daily reports.
