Never works
Everytime I try to create an account it asks to create a pin which I do then I re-enter it and it says it doesn’t match.

Do NOT Download This App! It is 2026 and this app only asks for your personal information to steal your credit card info and other personal information from your phone! Why do you think they ask so many questions? Why do you think you have to contact customer service just to “cancel/delete” your account? And even when you are canceling the account they STILL try to ask for more PERSONAL INFORMATION from you. You cannot trust this company and their app. The positive reviews are scams from their friends & partners. CAUTION! DO NOT USE THIS APP until an actual change is made where they do not ask you for birthdays and middle names, etc..

DISSAPOINTING
I spend a lot on groceries and bakery items at Seafood City Sugar Land, TX but my purchases never earn points. I get my code scanned everytime but it’s never reflected on my app.
Useless app
This app does not update the points after making purchases at Seafood city store locations. And now with the latest update, my previous points are gone.
Points not showing
points is not showing call the number they said need to email them the receipt too much hassle seems like they don’t know what they talking about
Can’t make it past account creation

Where’s my OTP?
I’ve been trying to set up my log in and i haven’t received my OTP after hitting “re-send OTP” and waiting for it several times. Useless app.
APP NOT WORKING
This app will waste your time , while signing up it will as a 6digit OTP code that will be SENT to your phone which never HAPPENS. WASTING YOUR TIME!!! You can’t complete the sign in process!!
Invasion of privacy
This app requires so much personal information for what?!? And to delete your account we have to send an email to customer service? Trash. Straight trash.
Can’t even finish registering
I keep being prompted to enter a PIN that was never setup. When I request to update it, it states that it does not match and won’t move on to the next page.
Workable space
Workable or user interface are too small, hard to use as big ribbon are blocking 50% of the screen.
Need to optimize search, overall good
When you don’t remember the placement of the folder of the app and you try to find it, most people will forget it’s name is “SFC Plus” please also incorporate being able to search it as “Seafood City”
Terrible app
Asks 2 times if they can use my location. And still shows that the wrong location. I choose my location and still shows the wrong location. Terrible app
Restart everytime
I always have to restart the app everytime I try to open it. Just frustrating! The cashier can’t even access my account with the registered mobile. I’ve missed multiple chances to earn points and I just gave up. Not worth the effort.
Nobody knows
Poor app. I don’t understand why I need an access code. Plus, cashiers know nothing about how to redeem points to make purchases. I’m going to try again and once I redeem my points. I’m uninstalling this faulty app.
Cannot reach app support
When we arrived at seafood city, we got a update notif for this app. When we try using it, the first time was good but when where paying for the grocery, i cant use it anymore. It just loading. I thought it was a data problem but when i went outside and tried the app it still loading and even im connected to the wifi.

This app is a scam. It gathers personal information but never really accrues nor rewards points. Beware!
Pin is stupid and forgets
Pin works fine for weeks then it stops working and says incorrect and locks you out.
Worst app ever created
Everytime I’m at the store, it just wouldn’t load. Stuck at load after you put the pin!!!!
