Good but some flaws
The app is very handy but I notice some businesses with inaccurate locations. Also, the business icons on the map view are tiny and you can’t zoom in to enlarge to see what the business names are.
Great when it works. But often doesn’t.
Great when transactions are successful. Broad range of merchants to get extra miles through the shopping portal, to get miles when buying e-gift cards, even better when doing BOTH at the same time. However, transactions fail OFTEN. Having a “point of sale” app that routinely fails at the point of sale is EXTREMELY frustrating. Contacts to help/customer service yield either no results, or “solutions” that don’t resolve the issue. Blaming a bank or CC issuer isn’t a resolution when a bank either didn’t reject a charge, or if a rejected charge is cleared/approve the app shifts to “Pay for [item] with Miles is Temporarily Unavailable” when you’ve designated a card (NOT miles) as the payment source.

More frustrating than rewarding
Not only does the gift card functionality not work, but they’ve disabled the link to seek assistance. Mike credits for purchases from several vendors never show up. And don’t forget, a mile is only worth about 1.2 cents each, so chasing miles by using the app isn’t worth too much effort.

Why my saved credit cards are all gone?? I can't add cards anymore!
If only it worked
It’s a great idea of getting miles for gift cards on United but execution is such trash. Purchases work once in awhile and usually it just errors out and says contact support, which is i guess only a one person because they never respond or respond in a month saying they will pass on feedback to their DEVs… and never any follow ups. It starts working on its own i guess but then stops again and can’t purchase anything
