Not reliable
Like someone wrote 6 years ago. It still crashes frequently, freezing with no way out, especially when I was editing my ad. I have paid extra for the StarAD and today I can’t even go into my ad listing! Very frustrating!
Worst app
This app hasn’t changed in 15 years. There is no version for iPads or tablets. It’s painful to use, but there are no other options.

Error Something went wrong
Been like this for a few months when you try to do car brand search. The app just won’t work and just keep prompting something went wrong error. It’s an informative app but you need to fix these usability problems.
Bug when viewing saved list
Since one of the recent update, whenever I try to view the saved list for the first several times opening the app, it always try to open external browser instead of open the page inside the app, makes the experience annoying as hell. Wasn’t like this half a year ago, hence the one star review
The latest app is buggy
The price range selection can only be selected once the second time you update it still sticks back to the old price range you selected,
Unable to scroll and see the car selection always refreshes automatically and starts all the way from the top.

Potential to be a great app but is extremely Buggy
I think SGCar Mart has been my favourite app when it comes to car sales/rental/news. The previous versions of the app were buggy but didnt deteriorate the user experience. However, the recent version is quite bad and often requires me to force quit/restart the app to search for what I need. Previous page button disappears, login is always broken and it hangs more than the usual. A word to the developers, please do regression testing cause this is a great app that has too many critical bugs.

App is too backdated
SgCarMart content is great. But the app needs some serious tuning. I have never felt it as an app. It feels like a website on a mobile app/browser. No difference between me going to their website and me going to the app. Search function and filters are either lacking or doesn’t work. Performance of the app is slow. Best part of it, I go into a selected listing, and once I click back (lol you have to find for that back button), it brings me to the start of the page, which requires me to scroll down again going past the same listings I have already gone past and decided to ignore. User friendliness is close to zero. For now, I’m using carousell for used car searches. The filters and platform is much better.

Cannot sort by price any more
Since the update Oct2024, user cannot sort results any longer by price. Pretty much the most important filter….
Latest version Apps imperfect
Latest version UI looks nice but seem like even difficult to use. For instance the advance search option, after choosing , the chosen parts show in 1 bottom horizontal line, it’s extremely inconvenient compared to old version.
For shortlisted page, no longer showing unavailable car. All the shortlisted cars will be display on the page, need click one by one to check the availability of the car, it’s such inconvenient!

Car rental
Rented GLC250 coupe for my wedding day. The car is in good condition and the Jack is very accommodating if you need any assistance if is within his mean he will accommodate to it. This place is very transparent about their pricing and doesn't have any hidden cost. This is the place to go if you looking to rent a car!

My car Listing
Honestly I am quite pleased with the posting, quite seamless and hassle free. Certainly a go-to platform, if you intend to sell your used car. Also I like that there is no time constraint to allow the advert to be posted and regular checking in on the car status, where a click of button will suffice for the update. Thanks SGCM!

UI is horrible
UI jumps around every time you return from viewing a car.
Obviously just a front end to the website but not well designed for mobile.
Ads are slow to load so pages jump when they eventually load

Super annoying refresh
When ever you scroll half way through listings, the page will refresh on its own and you are back at the top.
You view a car in listing, same thing happen. Return to listing, it goes back to the top.
Can’t you just fix the problem of your ads that keep causing auto refresh and consider user experience first?

Corrupted screen when searching under New Cars
Screen corrupted with random words spreading over the entire screen. Only when searching under car brand in new cars. Pls fix it. Thank you.

Love the concise and detailed info I get from the app! It’s very user friendly, but I do think there’s still room for improvement for the search speed and filters! :)
