Needs Some Improvements
When it works it’s a good app. But why ask for the same information on every booking? Date of birth, residence, title etc. Why do you need to add a payment card every time, even on prepaid rates? Just too much hassle. Also, last week the room number never populated, so I had to check in again at the front desk anyway, kind of defeats the objective.

I Don’t trust this.
Is this a scam? Installed the app, now it says I have Multiple bookings that I didn’t make, one says I am checked in. I had to cancel my credit card.
Easy to use
I just arrived and went into the room as if it was my own home. I didn't have to talk to anyone and I was awfully, I didn’t feel like I was travelling it’s like having your own apartment.
Really useful app
Used this at the beginning of the month in London. I travel a lot and I found these really useful. It was easy to set up and check in and equally easy to check out when leaving.
