App issue
I am writing to highlight an issue I have been experiencing with this app.
It seems that once a device is registered, if you change to a new phone for any reason, the app becomes completely inaccessible on the new device. It does not allow you to sign in and instead asks you to contact customer support.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the customer support helpline is unresponsive. I have tried contacting them, but my calls have never been answered.
This makes the process extremely inconvenient for users who simply need to switch to a new device. There should be an easier way to verify the user’s identity and register a new phone without having to rely on an unresponsive helpline.

Continuous Live Location access even when the app is not being Used
This app demands live location access continually while using the app and even after logging out of the app! This is highly suspicious, no other banking app warrants such continuous location update. This is outrageous violation of privacy and hits very hard on the battery health of the phone too. If needed, the app can ask for location during the time of login like all other banking apps do, why does it need continuous precise location access like Uber? Is it taking me to somewhere? Pls remove such nonsense perks.

wifi দিয়ে কাজ হয় না।
মোবাইল ডাটা দিয়ে কাজ করে কিন্তু wifi দিয়ে App কাজ করে না। এর জন্য সমাধান আনার অনুরোধ জানাচ্ছি।

wont let me login due to server issue or it says not registered
and when I went to the Bank to solve the issue in person they were like call in the helpline number

don’t any features like Brac Astha or city touch. People are looking for more features like open FDR, DPS or loan through app.
Invalid/wrong email address

I was trying to register my account to the app with my registered mobile and email id. But after submitting it show me ‘’ invalid/wrong email address’’
But this is my registered email and i know it. Now tell what should i do
