Flaky
The app itself is okay, though navigating in it is often unintuitive. My main complaint is that it is flaky: frequently freezing or crashing, taking forever to open links, etc. Almost to the point of being unusable. I only put up with it because it’s the only way to earn HSA benefits at work. iPhone 14 Pro with plenty of memory and always updated to the latest iOS.

Glitches
Great idea in theory. If it worked all the time, but sadly it doesn’t.
Full of bugs
The app freezes so often it’s nearly unusable. If it does work, it’s remarkably slow. But more often than not, I have to close and reopen multiple times before I can finally do what I need to. Please fix.
can’t use the app
the app barely loads. can’t utilize the app if it doesn’t even load or if it freezes every 2 seconds.
Poor set up
There is nothing intuitive about this app. You have to stumble across what you need while looping through the same areas. Who created this?
Bugs
Deletes words as you type. Membership card won’t appear and when you call it takes 20+ min and still I have to manually do everything
What’s Wrong with App?
Why is your App failing? Where is the daily question? I have faithfully answered more than 2000 days of the daily question you asked. I learned so much by using Sharecare. Shame on you. Fix your app. You have been so off with this app too so long. You are sinking deeper with every “fix” you do.

It is difficult to troubleshoot and find out how to contact live support.
No way to sign up
I downloaded the app but there is no way to sign up or to get any support.
No incentives anymore.
No incentives anymore to get points like the Engage app or Sharecare had last year.
Bugs
Every time I try to use this app it locks up on me. It’s very try frustrating. Please fix this especially since workplaces incentivize using the app to get money toward wellness items.

App will not load, or once it does you can’t select after a few clicks through. Can’t really even use it. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Frozen
It continues to freeze up. The only solution is to completely shut down and restart. Sometimes multiple times in a row
Points is visits
Rarely do the points transfer from wellness, dental visits to Sharecare. Takes to long to get points and every year I’m emailing for points due to past preventative care visits. And I don’t sit in smoking sections yet it is making me older and it is suggested I sit in nonsmoking sections yet in the real age test! Algorithm is off or not accurate

Constant freezing/crashes
I don't know how this app has close to 5 stars. Great content, easy tracking, and very helpful/useful...when it works. But it constantly freezes and I have to restart the app. I've been using this (through work) for 4+ years across different phones and it's always been this way.
Poor operation
App locks up and is useless. Constantly using to uninstall and reinstall.
It’s sooooo slow!
[4/11/26 update - some days ok, most days it freezes and is not usable. And why would I contact you to discuss when most reviews are about the same slow, laggy, freezing app. It’s frustrating when our benefits credits depends on us using this app. How does it have a 4.6 rating? It used to work well and I guess most reviews older.]
Whenever an update happened a few months ago (not sure of timing, but not in the last couple of weeks) it has become so slow I dread opening it to try to find what I need to do to get my medical insurance credit. It sometimes just has the spinny thing there spinning around. And many times I just give up.
