Superb collaborative tool. We are paperless fo 20 years using Citrix on PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads. It allows us to work in teams with perfect granularity with rights to view,print, forward all the way to the file level. May be 400 people work at the same time on 100 folders. We also built a private ChatGPT on Citrix by the name of Concilium. In fact, it has become a massive competitive advantage. We also use sharepoint but for certain products we prefer Citrix, while easy to scale. So we are a big fan.

One of the Worst Apps Ever
I’m not sure if the bug fixes 1 day ago trashed this app but if it’s always operated as bad as this new download does, I can’t imagine anyone finding it useful. Documents can’t be found after downloading. Documents can’t be turned landscape to view. Documents have a navigation bar that will not go away so only 2/3rds of the portrait screen are available to view a document. Naturally zooming in on a document means you can see about 5 words per line. I clicked on something in the upper right corner of the document list screen and white dots appeared across the top of the screen that seemingly allowed for selection of documents and folders but then the dots wouldn’t go away nor could I see what the actions for the dots actually were. I ended up having to close the app just to get off that screen. Next step: uninstall…

Works well
I’m able to use it well for my needs. Everything loads. And is easy to navigate. I feel like this is all you could ask for and I can even upload files from my iPhone. It could be designed to scan documents directly into the folders and that would be great but that’s a pipe dream!

This version totally sucks
Functionality is horrible in this version because it was designed for a mobile device. I want to be able to view my files as a drive in finder to quickly access client files and process signatures in Adobe. This is no longer available and it has killed my productivity. Please fix it. I am actively now looking for a new file storage platform just for this reason.

Almost indescribably poorly coded
I have used this app or the Citrix app that it used to be before the rename for about 3 years now. Every 3-5 months it just refuses to load or do anything. Hard stopping it doesn’t fix it. Restarting the phone doesn’t fix it. The only way to fix it is uninstall the app and set it all back up again…every time. Almost 30 years ago I used an FTP (file transfer protocol) program daily for years without anything even remotely like this, how can you not have the basic functionality of a 30+ year old program figured out by now?

Stopped working and now wants $$??
Can’t get the app to work after using it successfully in the past. Deleted it and downloaded it again to try to fix it. Now it wants me to enter my credit card information before opening the app!! what the heck?!?

I love the app now - I can access docs from my phone when traveling, I can easily upload docs directly from emails. Very useful anytime I’m away from my PC.
Nothing works!
I don’t even have the patience to begin talking about this acquisition. I thought the desktop was bad and i always have to go to the old version. The app doesn’t even show me any of the files I had for over 4-5 years. Make RightSignature Great Again!
Easy to use
So far haven’t run into any glitches or issues in doing any of the things I’ve wanted to while using the app version on my phone, everything seems fairly intuitive and the use is easy to grasp quite quickly!
Love this app
Been using sharefile for years. Intuitive and few client complaints. No data breaches.
As we evolve technologically i would love them to let clients upload multiple docs into one pdf, make it more obvious for people to name files so we dont get ANDB36,!30Dhj, and convert jpegs and heic files to pdf on upload.
Other than that- it has been fantastic. Price goes up but so does everything. And - no data breaches. Let’s keep that up please

It would be nice to scan docs as pdf files
For the mobile app... I wish they would have an option to scan document to pdf file, add option. And in multiple pages.
What if my client wants to scan multiple page document? They have to scan many pages and upload individually... What a pain...
Also files not always synced between users...
And lately the outlook plugin that has historically been stable sometimes works sometimes doesn't work... Sad... That is one of the most used tools...

Work made easy
So far ShareFile has not let me down. Whether mobile or desktop, it is an easy active part of my work day. It’s like having an unlimited hard-drive that monitors revision control.
