Whenever I click start to play sounds, app crashes over and over. Please fix
Hard to operate
The app would say that it wasn’t connected to my phone when it clearly was. Got the app so I could have more and now I just lost data to it. It would be better to just not get the app at all or just get a regular alarm clock
App sucks
Doesn’t connect and when it disconnects it take forever or doesn’t connect at all
I don’t have any of the soother sounds
The unit came with none of the soother apps in the app. That was the main reason I purchased this thing so 1 Star. Wish I could give 0.
Underwhelming
The sound choices are unimpressive. The longest that it will play is 60 minutes. I tried to figure out if I could play it all night by reading the box before I purchased it, but that information was not given. I’m taking it back and deleting the app.

This app was horrible don’t get me wrong I love the actual clock but it won’t even connect to my alarm clock I tried everything to get it to work and it won’t please don’t waist your time or money on this app
Waste of money
This so called version of Sharper Image “sound soother” was a total waste of my money. I have two of the original versions that are awesome. I bought this one thinking it’d be even MORE awesome. Boy, was I wrong. The instructions are vague to everyone except the so- called “creator”. I plan on only using it to tell time…like an $8 clock from Walmart. Don’t waste your $$.

Works great
Sound is clear, volume adjustable. I like rain, ocean waves & rainforest.
Note that you have to connect two different times on Bluetooth to activate the sound which is controlled by your phone.
I’m looking forward to trying it out tonight.

Don’t buy the physical product
Same as another users review, this app does not work after trying all troubleshooting methods.
App won’t connect to my sleep machine.
i bought this a couple weeks ago at target, and i have insomnia and this was the last resort. worked once on the app, but after that it hasn’t connected to the app despite me having bluetooth on. I’ve tried to “forget the device” in my bluetooth settings, and even just delete the app and reinstall it, his machine will not connect to the app, but connects to my phone just fine and acts as a usual speaker. I’ve thought about just using spotify to play soothing sounds through it, but i have an ella already and i think that kinda makes the sound machine useless if it just dosent work.

App not functioning
Worked the first time now doesn’t play sounds. Actually crashes when I hit the ‘start’ button.
This App is useless
The idea of this product is great, but it doesn’t work. It’s simply a Bluetooth speaker with an alarm clock feature that’s also useless. I wish I didn’t waste my money. The app hasn’t worked at all to even listen to the sounds, so it’s hardly a “sound machine”. It actually kept me awake trying to figure out how to use it and so I didn’t sleep either hahaha. What a shame.

App doesn’t work
I bought the sound soother device for the sounds but without the app you can’t listen to the sounds and it’s then just a light and alarm clock. The app goes from scan for device to connect device but nothing happens so I can’t access any of the supposed functionality… pretty useless and disappointing.

DOESNT WORK
I bought this clock and it literally was perfect for 2 hours then all of a sudden it just froze and stopped working! Don’t buy it’s a waste of money
Good but could be better
Dimmable light but enough light to read stories on the highest setting which is handy for story time with kids.
Although it is handy having the app to control the light and sound, the app could do with simple improvement to make more user friendly. Could include a white/pink noise setting the closest one is the ocean setting. It could also just have a on and off switch for sound and light that is not associated with the sleep assistant or wake up light. It can be tricky to swipe left from one page to the other.
