You can just tell they do not care about their customers app experience. This app sucks.
DOESN’T WORK
Took a long trip out of town. Had my mail on hold. Downloaded the app. Set up my account. Tried to login. Said I should change password. Changed password. Still does not work!
App Doesn’t Work
If you do your homework and read reviews, you can clearly see that this app fell off and hasn’t worked for anyone. I downloaded the app and tried to set up a new account and it will not let you. The owners of this app have obviously just given up on it. No username or password save feature, no payment method save feature, the app won’t email verification links for new account set up, it has all kinds of problems. Just have to call the 1-800 # and wait like it’s 1998.

Verify
Having to verify through email each time is not great. I usually have to wait 3-10 minutes to finally get the email and some times it times out. This needs to be a text message instead.

I’ve changed my password just for it to say it’s incorrect or theirs issues with signing in. Total attempts since September 2025 25
Horrible app
Couldn’t be any worse of an app you try to log in it locks you out have to call repeatedly half the payments don’t go through I spend more time on the phone with them then I do my parents it’s the worst thing I wouldn’t wish this on any of my greatest enemies. I’m not one to even right reviews but this app is so horrible I had to say something

Ridiculous!
FIX your stupid app! What you hire jr. high schoolers to do your coding! Ridiculous! I’ll be glad when I never have to deal with your company ever again. Trust me I will nvr finance anything your company ever again. Horrible experience and customer service!
App sucks
It never actually signs you into the account. It just keeps returning you to the log in screen. This is the worst app I’ve ever used to pay a bill.
Everything works
After reading the reviews I was totally expecting this to be a nightmare. I downloaded the app, easy to create a user name / password.. Face ID works to log in, was able to make a payment, shows you how much you owe and your payment .. shows how much went to principal and how much went to interest. And got a email confirmation. Not sure why people are giving it 1 star, unless it recently got an update I haven’t had any issues. Also gives you a request pay off quote option on the main screen..

Might as well be a save bookmark. And their auto pay never works I’m always waiting a day or two from when it’s supposed to be charged and nothing. So we go in here. Log back in and pay. Make sure you have your payment information too because they don’t.
Needs help
I gave it 1 star because 0 was not an option. This app needs a complete reboot

Can’t add payment option due to not being able to click continue as the app zooms the pop up too far and your unable to scroll to the bottom. Hate the fact that a payment option can’t be saved for future use always have to log on on a laptop to pay my bill
remember ur stuff
would be much easier if u could save payment method and allowed it to work with apple password to remember ur information
Horrible App
This is the worst app. You’re able to log in 1 out of 10 times. Then you try to reset password and it locks you out.
Update your app
Has to be the most washed app I use for paying bills, needs a serious update. It’s 2026 let’s get with the times!
