Can’t confirm different payment amount
Usually I have trouble trying to make a payment over my total due but now I absolutely am unable to make payment. The confirm button goes from blue to gray. I have the option to pay the amount due but when I switch to “other” or “principal” boxes and attempt to input an amount is when it happens. The app has been great other than the payment hiccups. Would like to avoid making 2 payments if possible.

In addition my lease turn in inspection revealed a "scratch " , a $300 charge. Yet even in the highest resolution monitor I cannot see a blemish on vehicle. Rep agreed but unable to revere charge .., Oi

Can't Make Payments
I can't make a payment on this app. I make them online just fine. I go through the entire process of entering the info only to get a message that the payment can't be processed because the system is "down for maintenance." That happens, but this is more than that. I've tried for two months to make payments at different times only to get the same message over and over. I give up. I'll just look at my balance I guess.

Don’t do autopay
I try to make all my payments at the first of the month so I don’t have to worry about them for the rest of the month. I did just that on April 6 and submitted $700. Well it’s April 21 and they took another payment so now I’m negative $500 in my bank account. Whatever you do, do not set up auto pay because they will steal your money

I just received a phone call from a Chevy dealership because they noticed that I had checked my balance inside of the GM Financial app. This is some really scary stuff. He said that he noticed that I had checked my balance payoff amount and wanted to talk about selling me a new car.
