Worst customer support and oayment issues
Trying to add balance in the wallet and 3 times i have made transactions and still amount is not getting reflected in shell wallet, contacted customer care and they don’t have any solution for that and telling me to wait until it gets updated on it’s own and it’s 1:20 am in the morning waiting to reflect the balance in wallet

It’s extremely disappointing to use this app. I have to use 100% option for charge to start and I have to ensure I have to keep 100% balance as minimum, but why? Why can I not choose how much I want to charge. This took 40 mins for the app to charge and it wasted my time.

Totally utter useless grid for 3.3KWs in exterior Bangalore city , none works , contacted shell customer service to solve the issue else refund my amount , no sign of response .
