User reviews

One of the most useless things

Not all students have thermometers so you can just respond to the temperature question saying you have a temp under 100.4. They got rid of temporary passes, so when your green pass doesn’t load it makes it more difficult to get into buildings and to eat - even after following all troubleshooting directions the pass doesn’t load. The staff claims they’re working to make the load time faster. They also claim that students should be using this app not as a requirement to get into buildings but as a self directive review. I think that’s great. But when the app doesn’t work and you can’t eat, it pisses people off. The bite app also doesn’t work well, otherwise i wouldn’t be complaining. They should read the reviews and actually improve.

If I could give it zero stars I would

Literally useless. “It’ll show up after 15 minutes” is such bs. You want to eat? Nope! You have to wait an hour for your pass to show up. You want to not miss in person class? Too bad! And if you message the app support? All they say is to refresh the screen. Which at the point of messaging them, you’ve probably done about 50 times. Good job fellas, in taking away the temp passes, the only saving grace for students, you managed to show how much you are unaware of your student body.

The most pointless app ever created

Thanks Shenandoah, I’m glad you’re taking your bad idea and making it worse. Now the temporary pass is going away despite the fact that the real one doesn’t work half the time. Not to mention that the app is completely pointless to begin with. There’s no actual reason why this exists. If I really wanted to go to class not feeling well it would be so easy to just fill it out as usual. This has no actual purpose except to make our lives even more difficult.

If I thought you all had a sense of humor I’d suggest more bad ideas like this one but if I do you’ll take it seriously and force that on us too. Glad my tuition is going to good use.

Doesn’t work

This app logs you out after every single use. Not only that, but I’ll log my symptoms and once I pass, I never even get a green pass. It’s just a white screen and if I ever have to show someone I completed it later that day, I have to fill out the entire survey again because it doesn’t save my answers. Please fix this app.

Doesn’t Load Anymore

Initially I was able to launch the app just fine, but now I can’t even get the app to open.
