The App From Hell
Enjoy at least two messages, delivered twice each and every day - to your phone number and as a notification. Yeah, it's in English, but it's so annoying that it makes for a great incentive to learn Chinese and just use Meituan!
A Lifesaver
Sherpa’s is an excellent service. I can’t order food from these restaurants with other apps. It would cost me more money to take a taxi there and back as well. Sometimes you want that far away food, but you just want to stay at home. With Sherpa’s you can have the best of both worlds.
Horrible Company
DO NOT download the Sherpa’s app or use their food delivery service. This is a horrible company with terrible customer service. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Piece of crap app
App said I would receive a credit for 50 yuan. Got the credit but when I tried to use it, they took it away as if it was already used. Garbage!

Needs to incorporate better search, filter, review, and ranking settings. Embarrassingly simple vs competition.
Check your default address.
The new app changed my default address so my order was delivered to the wrong location. The delivery guy couldn’t go back to get it for 45 min. Screw that, I made a new order with different delivery service.
Don’t ship this kind of app
Just not ready for prime time. If you’re too lazy to actually test and debug your app then don’t ship it. Can’t select registered delivery addresses, can’t get through clunky and painful UI to actually complete an order.
Location services buggy
I spend 45 mins trying to enter a location for delivery and the app simply refused any reasonable entry. It keeps defaulting to my current location ( I was on the move) and a pin on the map. Pls fix it.

Poor Delivery
If you’re going to charge 3x more for deliver than the Chinese apps for delivery I expect the food to be delivered to my door and not the security guard on the first floor.
Convenient and Easy
Have used several times and happy with the service. The app could use some upgrades like a better search function and access to more local Chinese restaurants. Will continue to use the service.
Great app until it updates
I use this all the time the service is great, but the app - it updates and forgets your info and is a pain to login.

Always late delivery! Hotline always late to answer! I don’t recommend this service to anybody!!!!!
Not a very good APP
The design of the app and website are quite bad. Search function can rarely find what I type in. When going back from a restaurant page I have start all the way at the top again and scroll endlessly back to where I was. It doesn’t remember my sign in details when I return to the app and have sign in each time. Overall it needs a better UX/UI design and I hope they can make it better. There are better delivery apps that are better designed, user friendly and with cheaper delivery fees.

Delivery always late too expensive
My food is always cold, late and expensive. Only used this because the Chinese app doesn’t have hooters.
