Signing out
It would be useful if we could sign out before uploading notes. This is because there are times that there is no time for notes when we finish.
Calendar Integration
One thing that could be improved is the calendar integration. Currently, when shifts are changed, updates don’t always sync in real time with Google Calendar, which can be a bit confusing.
It would also be great if there was an option to directly connect and sync with Apple Calendar, as many users rely on it for daily scheduling.
Other than that, the app works well and is very useful for support workers!

good but can be better
The app is generally good and easy to use, but i don't understand why i have to create a new email in the case where i am working with multiple companies.
Great App for Care Workers
ShiftCare is a very useful app for managing shifts and client notes. It helps support workers keep everything organized and makes reporting very easy. The app is simple to use and saves a lot of time.

I find ShiftCare is ok, The new updates has made things easier and a bit better but one downfall I have found is that when you log the travel Klms you can’t put a decimal point. For example a participant is 900 metres from the office or say 1.6 away we either have to round up or down because we can’t put the exact Klms travelled. In this case the participant will either get under charged or over charged because the app only accepts round numbers.

Best system
Easy to use and great customer service any questions and queries I have have been answered. They also give you training and the system is so easy to use Shift Care customer service set up your system on your computer and also provide you with an app for your employees to clock in and clock out Very easy to use. Best system I have ever used throughout my career in Ndis thank you Shift Care.

Unavailablities Section Clumsy
Good enough app however time off section is clumsy. I can set time off for a year in advance but can’t delete them all in one lot and have to individually go through and delete each one, which is incredibly time consuming and problematic when life changes. You also can’t edit them once set, must delete and fully redo. I have struggled with this issue multiple times now.

Disappointing
I'd like more options to change shift notifications. I get no notification when my shift has changed and only 15 minutes before my shift starts. Way too late to do anything if I've overlooked a shift.
The mileage displays in a way that is not easy to read. It doesn't automatically add the total for me.

Best Home Care Software
Shift care makes my life so much easier as an agency director. Whether it’s scheduling or communicating directly to the caregiver through the app or looking up schedules on my iPhone and approving shifts through the job board on the weekends, it makes my life easier! Get it!
Great app could be better with calendar crossing
This is a brilliant app. It’s great for Work purposes however it would be even better if it would connect to my Google calendar so then I don’t have to jump out of ShiftCare and go over to my Google calendar and see what I’ve got going on that day before I apply for a shift and vice versa I’m constantly jumping in and out of both apps just to see what I’ve got going on and then I’ve gotta go back into it And what not but then honestly better as well as if the shifts that you applied for showed up on the job board as well so you can see if you’ve already got a shift on the day that you’re looking at other shifts would be great don’t know

Cant delete unavailability
ATM with this update our company has told us we can’t delete unavailability it’s really annoying
Unavailability
The new leave availability needs to be fixed. It is a major step backwards and takes much longer to fill out. Also if you put leave in and want to change availability it is not possible to do yourself. Very annoying update. All our staff members are very annoyed. Just change it back to how it was as app was really good before.

I’m unable to add unavailable dates in the app anymore — I used to be able to do it easily before, so please make the necessary changes.
Recent update of availability
The recent update, needs to be fix. If u messed up fixing ur availability and u accidentally submit, u cant edit it out and fix it.
You have to ask help from the one fixing the roster. How bothersome.
Last time it was easy as 10secs. Availability fix. No dramas.
Hopefully they’ll revert it back. I like thats they put it on the side tab and there reoccurring option. But you cant edit it out is a thing.

Not happy at all 😡
Tried several times to download on my apple phone. It’s not excepting my email and password. I downloaded and uninstalled several times to sign in and still not working.
